I have 4gb ram only . Is it ok for further classes till the completion of course ? I found a query answer in discussion portal where they said to use ubuntu along with windows if ram is less than 4 gb. The link which was given in the query was too lengthy so could you give step by step explanation?
4gb ram may not be sufficient. You need more resources.
Hi Charan, We are not getting use WSL2 instead of Hyper-V(recommended) tickbox while installing Docker. Will it cause any issue?

Hi anna, i have installed docker engine and docker compose version as per they requirement however when i checked the docker info it will appearing the latest versions. how can we get particular version of docker engine (yum install docker-ce-20.10.21). and i ran the command docker version , what is differences between docker engine versions for client and server?
You can use like below command to install a specific version
docker-ce=18.06.1~ce~3-0~ubuntu
Docker-ce is the daemon which handles all requests from docker cli or compose. Docker cli or compose who sends requests to docker daemon.

error: 0X800701bc WSL 2 requires an update to its kernel component.
Run wsl update command in powershell
after pull nginx , its not showing in docker images, help me here.

On what basis we have to choose?
Depends on app architecture, if it's monolith or soa vms and app services can be used. If it's microservices then docker, k8s used.

Hi bro...To install docker in windows,i have clicked on windows subsytem for linux,later downded ubuntu app...then trying to open app...it is showing the error like..wsl 2 requires an update to its kernel component...how to rectify this error bro..
Try updating windows first. Then retry again.

Try below commands
1.Open the power shell on windows and run it as administrator
2. Run this command
wsl --update

Ofcourse you can. It easy as well to use mobaxterm in windows.

In Linux you can install it as a package and in windows you can install it as an application docker for desktop. Not like Google app.

wsl - - update
wsl - - shutdown
This updates the windows subsystem for linux and error will be resolved.
ubuntu is not required

E: unable to locate package software-properties-csommon i getting inthis error can you share the linux package command
please uninstall the pkg using apt remove software-properties-common and then install again apt install software-properties-common
