    Efia is such a wise and emotionally intelligent woman fr. For you to put yourself in someone’s shoes should tell we Ghanaians how this mature lady perceives things. She has a strong business minded mentality and that will really take her far. Keep up the good work Efia xoxo~ Love from New Zealand.

  • @AbenaArthur-lx4uo
    @AbenaArthur-lx4uo Місяць тому +157

    Afia isn't the kind of person y'all think she is, at least she's wise enough to know she was hurting another woman's feelings even tho the accusations weren't true.This is what you call maturity, walking away from a situation to protect your peace and energy is another kind maturity on a whole different level and i have to applaud her for this👏 The part i didn't like about the whole situation is when she made that comment "eat there at your own risk" that part wasn't necessary at alllllll, in this life you don't burn bridges. If this business didn't go well, another opportunity might pop-up in the future, but your bitter behavior towards the last job could be used as reference to block those future opportunities. I'm glad she's finally dropped the bitterness and moved on gracefully. Better days ahead, Kudos to her😍

      Yeah true and the fact that she realized it was childish she tweeted that,is also a maturity level as you’re saying because me for instance, sometimes I do things out of anger and pain and then later when I get calmed I regret it, so we all make mistakes and sometimes regret our actions but as long as we see our faults and mistakes and apologize for them I think is a great way of showing how mature we are.

  • @Karen-rf3qt
    @Karen-rf3qt Місяць тому +37

    Efya has done well for herself and is growing. Some people in the live comments were acting like they have perfect lives. Every one makes mistakes and learns from them. Efya is no different. She's human like everyone else. She has feelings too and I can't imagine the frustration of constantly trying to explain yourself to people who only want to talk negative about you and refusing to see you for who you are. Mind you these people are not even doing better than her that's the sad part. Efya has done great for herself and is a very strong woman. Just because they are celebrities doesn't mean they don't have feelings. Let us think about the stuff we say to people on the Internet. You have no idea how your words may affect someone. Your opinion doesn't make you any smarter than the rest of us. To all the people saying She's lying no how do you know? Someone people were saying she should keep her life private. She will do what she wants because she's a grown adult. Efya doesn't come into your comments to tell you what to do. Just because you do it doesn't mean everyone should too. It's like saying I'm vegan so you should too. Complete nonsense. And to that 0xcadabra guy talking about some there's no hell. Regardless of what you believe it doesn't give you the excuse to be a sh*ty person. Yes you may have read a little but that doesn't make you any smarter. You're just masquerading being smart. You actually have a very low iq. You're one of the people who read a little and then suddenly think you're above everyone else when you're actually worse. Let us learn to be open minded and to spread love to others. You do not always have to say something negative. Also just because you think hell doesn't exist after death doesn't mean you won't receive karma. Love ❤ x

    Omg I love this girl. She is very real. I can identify with her because I also moved back to ghana after several decades abroad. Ghana does change you! The society moulds you paa and it can be scary. We hate truth and we hate realness so you will also change to fit in.
    If she still owns shares in the business then that parting shot was unnecessary but I guess she was just in her feelings.
    Running a restaurant is a lot of hard work even if you are just fronting it but she was literally doing everything. She would be a huge asset to any organisation.
    Edited to add: but hang on a minute. She said she no longer had any affiliation with eats avenue and that people should eat at their own risk. That was a huge indication that she had issues with the owner. Now it seems they’ve reconciled and she is backtracking. Next time sis keep your emotions in check and at least be honest now Kakra. The internet never forgets.

    Efia ignore them. You may have forgotten but you actually did say that you were a co owner on UTV. You said that a few minutes after your initial response.

    All business owners should take customer service training alongside their employees. There’s a science and logic to training people and providing good service. Business owners need to seek out this information to give their service businesses edge - leverage your “passion” as a woman in business and learn the skill of customer service.

    This is an honest opinion about Efia sometimes what the society say really affect us if not now later . Their opinion really matters and that’s the hard truth . The way you dress , act , show yourself we get used to it and judge you based on that. I know it’s painful Buh this brings us back to what counselor said . Efia is just a honest and nice soul . Much love 😊

    Real wealth and consistency of it comes from hard work and dedication. Most “new age women” are putting in work and just maybe there are many others who may be sleeping their way into success, kudos. Women deserve recognition for their efforts, not judgment. Let's keep challenging these stereotypes and support each other in our pursuits as seen on this podcast.

    Gisela asked a very important question but I don’t think Efia understood the question. If your partners i.e your bf and his wife know that you still have shares in the company, then what was really the point of the public outburst

    • @asibeylordina649
      @asibeylordina649 Місяць тому +2

      I think she agreed she made a mistake mentioning that comment publicly since she still has shared, but with her response she means she wants to clear the rumours and go ghost. Going ghost and speaking publicly will help their partners also believe her and not the rumours because they were beginning to begin.

      @@asibeylordina649 well it makes sense mmom. I love Efia so much and I admire how she handled Eats Avenue so it’s just paining me it had to come to this

      @adukejacquellene9286 Місяць тому

      Exactly, she could've gone ghost not attend the restaurant etc and no one would've known. If she wants to be behind the scenes what's the concern of the public ? Nothing.
