Great vid guys.... my top 5 5.Dynanite Boy - Finders Keepers 4. Big Wig - Invitation 3. Gob - How Far 2. Glasseater - 7 Years 1. Dynamite Boy -Somewhere
@@PunkRockRadar i listened to the shit outta that album...i liked the s/t one too...but it wasn't on the level of 7 years..partied with Gob back in the 90s too on their cross Canada tours.....good memories of them...really good guys...
Gob - How Far Shallow Takes you, Bigwig - An Invitation to Tragedy, and Near Miss - The Gentle Art of Making Enemies are all solid S-tiers for me. Beefcake - Rejected is somehow both an S-tier and an F-tier at the same time.
@@PunkRockRadar I don't even recall seeing any of these album covers in stores, here in Italy... Fortunately I discovered some of these bands through mixtapes years later!
Gob’s first album was also put out on Fearless but I understand why you guys forgot it I don’t think that Fearless release of Too Late No Friends was as known, in fact it’s probably rarer than the original Canadian release
Dropping an absolute legend like ATDR in the F tier? Oof, that's rough buddy. 😵 It's so weird, even though this label was in my wheelhouse in the timeline, I don't know a large chunk of these bands. Remember being into Glasseater, Junction 18, Keepsake, Dynamite Boy and Bigwig but that's about all of the bands I recognize. You've peaked my curiosity about Near Miss, though. I'll have to give them a listen.
Near Miss is very close to invitation to Tragedy era bigwig, that record is so good. Yeah I felt bad about ATDI but just not my style at all, probably in my bottom 2 or 3 on the list
No appreciation for White Kaps? I mean they were never one of the "greats" but they had some humorous tracks. They were stereotypical early 90s skatepunk. Drain Bramaged was in the same realm, might have shared a member or two.
Great vid guys....

Great list, love seeing 7 years bad luck on here 🤟 thanks for checking out the video!
That's so cool, one of the most underrated bands of the era 🤟

I’m glad you guys enjoy Near miss. Always wish they had more records. Bigwig was always a favorite of mine.
Fun episode. Definitely lots of releases, especially older ones, that I’m not familiar with. But I’m with you on most of your top picks!
Thanks again Aaron! Had this one on the list for almost a year now, I love so many of these records 🤟
Yeah!!! Thanks!! So many bands I didn't know at all... and seems cool!!
Glue Gun, Drunk In Public, Beefcake, Near Miss and Bickley!! 🤘🤘
The label was so stacked in the 90s! It's a real shame what happened...

Yeah I love that album but it didn't show up on the fearless Wikipedia so we skipped to be safe 👍
Nice Falling Sickness profile pic brother
Too late no friends is a great album!

I don't get how someone can love Black Sails in the Sunset but hate In Casino Out .Vaya is my favorite!
I love kiss the bunny by bickley, there’s some really catchy hooks on that album
I agree I used to listen all the time, cover art was always a good conversation starter too
Bigwig was a pretty underrated skate punk band
Definitely, wish they stuck around longer
Glue Gun is good. S tier for me.
Yeah definitely an underrated record 🔥
🥰
Now do rise records

Never could get into them, definitely not the worst band but I don't think they're in the same league as some the others in that era
