These scapula protractions will work the serratus almost better than any exercise out there

My current routine has hanging scapular retractions in it and I found while hanging with my (relatively large amount) weight I don't have the strength or range of motion to perform it correctly or at all. So I was looking for alternatives to build up to that exercise and you gave me plenty to choose from. Thankfully at home ones too, because I do not have a gym membership

One arm scapula pushup on knees is best, because you don't need focusing on core, gluteus. You are on knees and one hand, so resistance is similar, but you better focusing.

I’ve been working on my wined scapula for months now, and it’s been going pretty good for the most part. However it’s still pretty noticeable and I think it because I’ve gotten most of the mobility back and my chest opened again. So do you think all I have to do now is strengthen it and by doing these workouts, they will help strengthen it ? Awesome video, I learned most just by watching your examples.
Great to hear. It's hard to say without seeing it first hand. Basically your entire upper body needs to get more balanced. This workout is one part of the puzzle!

Thanks! Every now and then, but beginners can start doing these once a week. Once you reach a good level you maintain the strength easily

On 01:18 your right scapula is popping out big time, is see you can stabilize more on your left hand. Youre lefthanded then.
You right shoulder feels unstable.
first 3_5 reps I feel scapula but then feel only shoulders. is it okay?
It should be normal, you may want to do this on your knees or against a table in the beginning
My left scepula is injured while bowling...if i bowl it pains a lot,
These exercises are hepfull for me...?
These can surely help but you may also need to work on other shoulder exercises with light weights and very slow tempo
