Not all Germans but we learn it at school and we also learn a lot from the internet

Nah but if you speak/read/watch english content while you learn english in school here, it's usually easy to speak english pretty well. You see a big difference between those who "just" learn some school english and those who try to get better and constantly learn new words/pronunciation
not all but i think a good amount! we start to learn it from like 3rd grade (about 8/9 years old) and many watch english videos online from early age (at least from what i experienced with most people here)
@@ue.yama_ we had a preschool English program at my kindergarten, so some start even earlier. I started learning English when I was four or five, I still remember laughing at the colour purple, cause it sounded like Popel (booger) 😂
Some of my classmates during graduation were very bad at English, I think it depends a whole lot on early education, good and bad teachers.
