- I find the idea of Zenyatta committing tax evasion funny. Therefore, I ranked every Overwatch hero by how many/how serious their crimes are.

@@max1392 It's not the exact same thing because it's not insanity but (I believe) severe dementia, but Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka couldn't be prosecuted due to the state of his brain. Don't know if something like that could happen with an insanity plea as I'm not a lawyer but it could all depend on how good of a lawyer Sigma gets.

There is actually a war crime regarding weather manipulation to gain military advantage in a conflict. In the Vietnam war, the US planes redirected rain clouds to target high value roads, severely disrupting infrastructure.
So, yes, Mei had indeed committed war crimes

I'm very sure she's the type of person who would use a flamethrower, just think about, of all the weapons she could use to kill someone she use a slow killing machine when she could just use a regular fire weapon, not just that, she also use a machine that slowly freeze anything just to end them whenever she likes

The Moira is one is goofy. You didn’t even scratch the surface of her wicked deeds. Like how she kidnapped widowmaker, brainwashed her, and forces her to not have any emotions, and they made her kill her husband.
While Moira does play a part in keeping Windowmaker's emotions suppressed, she didn't actually have any involvement in Amélie's kidnapping. Remember, it was only sometime after Blackwatch was disbanded that Moira went onto to work with Talon.

Reaper is canonically and irrevocably an actual, certified War Criminal. Gotta remember Overwatch and in turn, Blackwatch was under the United Nations banner. Recruiting McCree as an ultimatum between that and life in prison? War crime. Executing Antonio without due process, when it was expected that he would be brought in for a FAIR TRIAL? Two war crimes in one. There's a reason why in-lore Blackwatch caused such a stir. They literally violated international law numerous times. Also, they literally had an Irish lady sucking the souls of people. That would be considered "wilfully causing great suffering", which counts as a war crime. He is the character in Overwatch with the most significant crimes under his... er, grenade-lined belt.
He's also the Grim reaper of overwatch and would gladly have a birthday party consisting of executing people, just minor details

-Orisa has actually caused massive property damage and accidentally injured people which could count as reckless endangerment. However, because she is under the ward of Efi and her parents, they were held liable for Orisa's crimes.
-Scientifically unethical practices are illegal in nearly every country. (Looks at Moira)
-Ashe sells illegal acquired arms and weapons of mass destruction (the end of route 66 is the deadlock hideout and you can see all the stolen military-grade stuff they have.) That's literal war profiteering.
-Leaving your comrade in arms is considered a crime, even in an criminal organization, so Baptiste, while morally right, is guilty of abandonment.
-Torbjorn was asked to shut bastion down for the safety of the town, but let him live, which is kinda gray as he had a moral justification.
Also Reinhardt disobeyed orders which is something I missed

Moira violated the geneva convenetions by engagement in human experimentation. Reaper confesses in a voiceline it was unconcentual and involuntary. Even if misinformed (which he was) that is the highest violation of human rights known to man. We know she is working for doom fist a literal Nazi Social Darwinist terrorists. Zen at the least is guilty of harboring and aiding a fugitive (Genji), which is an actual crime, and have possibly done it multiple times. Also, it could be debated that his orb of discord counts as a bioweapon, which is an actual war crime.

I believe that sigma could be given the escaping lawful custody charge and the Talon agents who broke him out (Widowmaker, Reaper, Sombra, etc) could technically be charged with assisting in an escape of lawful custody (along with the vast amount of charges that they would've recieved anyways).

Sigma could easily plead insanity and get off free. Probably be put in maximum security somewhere because of his multiple personalities and gravity powers but he wouldn't be in legal trouble. He could also be seen as a victim of coercion so that would help his case.

She's a criminal regardless of where she goes so why leave if they can keep her safe? She is in control to a degree but at the same time she is still being experimented on by moira and still has no emotions, which are gradually coming back. Reaper cares, or atleast feels bad for her.

Not only is she blackmailing plenty of powerful people who could basically erase her crimes, but most evidence, she could easily deal with. Cameras won't see her, she can easily infiltrate any storage facility for any physical evidence, and she can blackmail any witnesses (killing them if that fails)

only difference is omnics are intelligent robots and echo is an intelligent robot. while a microwave heats up food and a computer calculates codes to do basically anything.

@@gilbertaswell Sentience is the big thing that distinguishes Omnics from regular robots. Omnics have free will to think and are not bound by any programming. Echo is still bound to her program even though she’s programmed to act as a human. Any robots built after the Crisis ended do not have sentience.

-Cassidy was pardoned for his actions in the Deadlock gang after he joined Overwatch(I think). He was also part of Blackwatch.

I would normalize the audio of only your voice recordings before the final mix or just up the overall gain amount to raise the level of the volume. I use Audacity to do this but also Shotcut can do it natively, and both programs are free and open source. Cheers!
Wouldn't moira's experiments and suck count as torture. She has a voice line with junkrat where she says "pain has everything to do with science" as an explanation to why junkrat would end up in pain from working with her or being experimented on suggesting in her persuits of science she hurt ppl in her experiments against there will suggesting it might be torture also suggesting her suction also hurts suggesting like mei's weopon it might be torture as well

Junker queen was shown defeating the king of junkertown and taking the thrown. This establishes that Tte leader of junkertown participates in the legal brawls (the same as Hammond) and therefor either Hammond should be a war criminal or junker queen should be lower
