Ohhhh I love noosa yogurt! Unfortunately I’m lactose intolerant soooo can’t have it anymore 😫wish they did a lactose free version!
I was lactose intolerant for a while and my grandma told me to keep eating dairy and suffer and that it will get better. I have tested that method and it has worked for me. Not a pleasant experience at first tho LOL
