Only in very limited (and incredibly difficult to prove) circumstances can personal liability be on the table. So from my understanding, ryan’s legal team just filed a complaint (it’s just a formal document that starts the lawsuit), the next step is to see if ryan actually takes them to court, because right now it could all just be bark and no bite. If ryan does actually take them to court then hila and ethan can absolutely counter sue because now they need to pay lawyers to defend themselves, and the way the American legal system works, when the lawsuit is over- the “loser” has to pay all of the legal fees of the other team.

No, he actually forged & faked documents to set his EX-partner up for sexual harassment & assault claims. One of the women who had “reported” an incident denied it ever happened or ever making the filing with HR. There were multiple of these SA claims & they were all last modified by “ kav kav”. So stands to reason Kavanaugh are making these claims up. Even a Judge said the same thing.
