There's a reason it's generally considered r*pe to have sex with someone who's really drunk, even if they seem willing. Psychoactive substances affect our hormones and as such you can't say that drunk people are always just more of themselves. Your thoughts and emotions actually aren't the same. With that said, most people who blame cheating on getting drunk weren't really that intoxicated, or they got drunk specifically to gather the "courage" to cheat. And if you're at risk of cheating when you get black-out drunk, maybe you should take responsibility and not drink so much.
