To make sure the noodles don't stick or clump together, after cooking, put them in cold/ice water and then coat them with either a neutral or sesame oil. Optionally, if you put it into your broth or sauce immediately after cooking, they won't stick. Didn't think it was too big of a problem for y'all but it's a pain i like to advise people about. Just something I learned when dealing with those noodles the first time around~~~
