What a grounded, intelligent and humble man… fair play for creating a successful business which seems to be growing and growing. Great interview Rob!!!
Great interview - Ahmed is really switched on and good to hear the gamble/success story. Seems funny a lot of us in our teens had hatch backs in the late 90’s early 2000’s with 6x9s and a sub cruising the streets thinking with boss 😆
i guess it depends upon the place too as far as i know people behave well and respect in dubai or middleeast(most of the parts) but in uk and other places u know right how it is
He is SO correct about guys renting and then buying a car. The brands should be listening to this guy. Think of all the young crypto bros who will eventually be wanting cars. I bet loads of them will be renting in Dubai 1st!!
I’m from the United States and about 1 1/2 years ago I went to Dubai. It was the most amazing country I have ever been to. It’s what every country would look like if their government wasn’t ripping them off. Before I got there I figured because there was so much wealth. There was gonna be so many snobby rich people acting like they do in the US. It was the exact opposite. They were extremely wealthy, but like this guy said they don’t sit there and try and tear you down. They rather build you up. There is zero crime zero garbage laying around and it seems like everybody has a certain respect for each other, regardless if your rich or poor. I would love to move there.
Another Great Video Rob - Well done. Really enjoyed the discussion with Ahmed - Loved how Ahmed is down to earth and open and honest about how he overcame his business challenges. Wish him all the success for the future - He deserves it.
obviously an intelligent successful guy but it is bizarre how people in the comments always claim he or anyone else they follow is humble, he basically bragged all the way through this interview about how many cars he has bought, how much money he has, how expensive his watches are, how big his showroom is, how he can buy 5 cars at the drop of a hat and every video he releases of course goes viral. what part of him is humble. maybe people need to look up the meaning in the dictionary now watch the queue of simps claiming I am a 'hater" ie basically anyone who doesn't heap praise on a content creator
People who stay humble and self reflect what they have done so far are the once surviving the fittest. You will fail some deals. Part of growing a business. Well played Ahmed. Stay the way you are and keep having success.
Really interesting. $800 a day car rental for a Lambo really isn't that much. Was surprised how smart AP is with the two years insurance coverage. Suspect will increase sales exponentially. First heard of Aubi Dubi buying McClarin. Think Ferrari is getting ridiculously arrogant with sales. Blacklisting rentals when Rolls Royce doesn't? How foolish is that for people that might rent and buy later? Identical to Hermes Birkin's and Rolex.
I enjoyed that while on my night shift. Ahmed is a very down to earth great guy. Does Ahmed have any jobs available for an IT Professional in Dubai? (Hard worker) I could do with some Arabian Sunshine!
Nailed the market. First in 5 years ago. Knows how to use social media. Ive lived in Dubai and worked before in mid 2000s. To start a business you need cash. A lot of it. Cant just rock up like in Spain and start on €100 ( Before Brexit) Interested to know if he got loan from Muslim bank interest free. Or Lebanese families in Australia. And normally. You need emirati business partner. He didnt mention any of that. He was the first to survive. And has a track record. Getting bigger & selling cars? I was in Dubai during the crash 2007/8 Not great. A lot of europeans did a runner. So I know. Hero to Zero. Good luck to them.
If you want the risky way you can finance a supercar, rent it out then take the profits of that to finance another car, rent it out and repeat. VERY risky to do that way though.
I want to ask might be simple where did you get the knowledge what’s going up and what’s going down. For example you know said sell Aventador now then wait 6 month for better lambo as price would go down…. I’m curious in knowledge really
Revuelto will come down as more enter the market and the SV or whatever it is is announced, which will push down Aventador prices so if he sells the Aventador now he'll get more money compared to 6 months from now which he'll be able to use to buy a 1st year Revuelto.
What a true sincere guy congratulations on you're success mate.Rob great content yet again keep it up mate all the best peter here at U8V Manchester .ps so tempted to leve the UK for Dubai. Just need to find the work tho
Ferrari's are beautiful garbage. There's an illusion of quality. A car you buy new and drive for 6,000 miles and then next... onto the next new one. The poor shlub that buys them 2nd hand learns the unfortunate lesson that they're built like crap. Lexus is built to much HIGHER standard than Ferrari. If you ever take a Ferrari apart you learn real quick how they're just thrown together. They remind me of Rolex's. All guys that get new wealth want a Rolex and a Ferrari. They have brand recognition. (in Rolex's defense at least they have ok quality) But real time piece collectors know Rolex isn't all that special.
That’s a good opinion but doesn’t correspond to my experience. My 812 was traded in with 26,000km and was faultless. Nearly all new cars have issues, especially the more complex ones. But all my Ferraris have been bullet proof.
What a positive, amazing interview i wish him and all his family a healthy wealthy joyful happy amazing life journey together filled with love and gratitude for all he has achieved and created in his personal life present & future 🙏
For the next April Fool's Day please tell the other guy's in dubai, you wil buy the ex. Erling Haaland GLS 63 AMG from germany ;-))) you would be doing me a big favor.
you love your clickbait titles !! why do you feel the need, just be honest. this guy (rental company, not a dealer) is not the richest supercar dealer in Dubai, not by a long way. Hartley is not the worlds richest car dealer, in your dreams, not even close

I tried the car rental business, and it was a disaster. People rent the car for one day and abuse the hell out of it. Not sure how he’s making money
location can be very important. I've visited but I don't live in dubai so I really couldn't tell you what it's like over there
People have more respect in Dubai or even fear to mess up and be put in jail so they act sensibly. There are a lot of fools in the UK.
i guess it depends upon the place too as far as i know people behave well and respect in dubai or middleeast(most of the parts) but in uk and other places u know right how it is

As Mr Tate says to the Haters. The best form of revenge is SUCCESS
What a down to earth decent guy, I would go to his company to rent a car when I go to Dubai.
What an inspirational gentleman.. May God give him health and prosperity ❤
Used to be everyone rich from the Middle East coming to Europe, now its the opposite - lower taxes and less bs

Dubai is one of the largest market on that area. And ferrari black listed? What kind of management is that. Good luck!

the more I observe how Ferrari bullies customers it just furthers my decision to never buy one.
What supercar can you buy?
Urus SE is insane car to drive
this was great

how to do acquire the capital to start the supercar rental business ?
6 million ways... Choose one 🎶
this dude was hustling before he got into the supercar business, just needed seed money saved
To my understanding he had a constriction company in Australia. He ran other hustles there too
If you want the risky way you can finance a supercar, rent it out then take the profits of that to finance another car, rent it out and repeat.
VERY risky to do that way though.
Always nice to watch a little of this gossip and see how little you both know. Used car dealer.
What watch is he wearing? Thanks
