oh I absolutely HATE these fridges. so many others have much more straightforward ways to install the panels instead of this crap. I have been in the cabinet business for almost 30 years and still hate these every time I come across them they never really get any easier, I have always done the 1/8" spacer panel then a 1/4" mounting panel, lots of wasted material and they are hard to get strong enough to not want to start ripping loose after a couple years, just a horrible design. they should come with mounting brackets like these to begin with!, this looks a lot better for many reasons! hopefully I can find them and also hope they will work with the particular door type I am having to deal with this time that has a small frame around it and thin panel....its been giving me a belly ache just thinking about how to make it work ! anyway Thanks for posting
Hi mate, I’m in Australia, I have this fridge and that spacer panel on mine is made from sort of mdf and has swollen due to a leak from the door water supply somewhere. From what I understand I can get rid of that mdf spacer panel and use that plastic strip kit? Is that correct? Thanks
Per the subzero flush inlet guide, the distance between the front of the 3/4 inch panel installed and the cleat is 2 3/16 inch. Is that enough to clear when opening at 110°? Assuming the panel reveal is 1/2" to the cabinet side panel.
no they dont. the handle is attached to the panel so you would have the same depth behind it as you would on a regular stainless steel door...well depending on the handles you choose....

What’s the product number for this kit!
Just about to cut a bunch of 1/4” and 1/8” plywood for mine but this would save weight and time.
did you ever track this down? I would like to try this product as well.
@@AsTheWheelsTurn had to order through sub zero dealer
Do panels reduce the amount of space between the handle and the door panel? Asking for someone with big fingers

what is this kit called?
Where to get it?
