You do that in training camp, and spending that long on a sub isnt grappling, that's plain stubbornness. Like an instructor once pointed it to one of his student, if the sub isnt there switch to something else.

She didn't do it to disrespect her opponent, that was probably the last thing she was thinking about. As long as they show respect afterwards its fine. People look for problems that aren't even there.
