HL: I'm happy to get this kind of feedback. I really intended when I started this channel to supply just this sort of need--experienced players who had a few things that needed tweaking. I'm glad to have helped. Feel free to email me with ideas for future lessons, topic areas that I've still somehow neglected, etc.
These three lessons have blasted me past the wall that had me stuck for a while. I like many know the 12 bar structure. But when it comes to the nuts and bolts of actaully illustrating how you construct riffs through the structure, you're the only one I see teaching this stuff. This is worth its weight in gold - thanks! : )
Dooh! Adam, this video is a perfect example of exactly everything you told me is missing from my playing,! Now that I can hear it first hand, this will be a be a tremendous help getting me to the next level. Boy, do I have some wood shedding to do. Thank you once again!
you and jason are critical to the advancement of my playing. I would be lost without you two. My playing is in two stages before adam and jason and after.
Hey Adam, once again, thanks man. These 3 riffing videos continue to help me put the pieces altogether. I'm an advanced intermediate but find some of your basics are things i've missed somehow. LIPS
Wow, thanks again for such an extensive, amazing lesson in something that had always been bothering me ever since I picked up a harmonica- this will defiantly help me for my mini concert I have to give to the school I teach at. Look forward to watching more of your videos. This harmonica thing is really taking over my life - I dont know if you already have a lesson in it, but maybe a lesson in "How to learn to put the harmonica down for awhile" would be nice.
Hey Adam, I just watched your 3 "riffing the changes" videos. I found them extremely helpful. I'll have to work on this a lot now. I had so many doubts..and you've cleared many of them in these videos! Thank you so much. Ashish
yo Adam...thanks...its a good good lesson to keep coming back to these basic riffs. I will/am adding these to my I IV V drills. They chords are a nice addition. FYI, another Sensai of mine (SB in Seattle) uses a quick 6 6 for the I chord that sounds snappy. This is a good set of lessons. Thank you. Off to jam. GW
Hello Adam, Sorry mate i did not mean you were missing something. I was meaning the person who asked the question, am i missing something. chromatic is not really for Blues?
