Could you please let us know how to use the other Tabs displayed on the Toolbar - Advanced Maps Route etc - the Tabs next to the "Maps" Tab and also how to use Live Tracking using a personal Mobile phone - would be helpful.
1. If you could demonstrate how to use Live Tracking in a 1 minute Video please; 2. Where can I find information on Check in Checkout for a particular Sales Rep for a Particular day? Also since the CheckIn shows only Latitude & Longitude - Using this how can a manager figure out whether the sales rep actually was at the said location or checkedin at his residence address because with Latitude Longitude you cannot make out the Check in Date, time and the CheckIn address of the location. Please advise.
Even i am struggling with this. Live tracking of reps.No proper information.We have a call with salesforce customer success maps team on Monday..Hopefully i will find some information on this. This is a paid application and no proper documentation ...So disappointing:(
@@swethareddy3773 If you find any info can you please let me know - i had contacted support to ask if the app can be customised as CheckIn CheckOut only gives Lat-Long but address is not displayed - Management will not be able to make out anything from Lat-Longitue details - they had no clue ..If I post query on Chatter group they ask me to raise a case with Support - And Support is also not 100% sure ..
