Cowy - iRacing - V8 Supercars - Algarve (Portimao) International Circuit - Track Guide

Hi everyone, Cowy here, and I'm back with my latest track guide.
It's week 10 for Season 2024 in iRacing for the V8 Supercars, and we are at a new track for the V8 - Algarve International Circuit, also known as Portimão.
Its a fantastic circuit to race on, offering tricky, technical sections, flowing corners and big braking zones to sink your teeth into, and exits that allow for side by side racing to the next apex, meaning the job is not done until the next corner at least...

Yea it surprised me a bit, the fact that the track offered up such great racing last week… didn’t think it was going to be a track that promoted great racing, but it did!

Nice work Cowy, Is an interesting track i find hard on the tires, Having said that does offer hard and tough racing.

Yea it will chew up left hand side tires in the heat - pushing hard through those big sweepers…
