Too early to judge.
We need months of stats in ranked as well as pro play stats to see if the changes actually made him competitive to the other duelists.
Currently he seems strong for ranked but a lot analyst seems to think he's not as good for pro play, especially for the primary duelist role. At most he could be a secondary duelist in double duelists comps.

@@ubeia4857 hes in every ranked game. even if hes not broken hes easier to play than jett/raze so shouldnt be the meta #1 duelist pick, ever. keeping him viable but niche is fine. hes overtuned for rank.

@@RayJames-mk3yq The problem was that he didn't have a niche he actually excelled at. Reyna is better at being the duelist that is very good at taking 1v1 fights and snowballing.
Also as I said, too early to judge. There's a lot of Iso in ranked right now cause guess what?! He just got buffed, of course people are gonna try him out and use him a lot.
People are also still learning to counter him and that also takes time(especially when he wasn't as used before, which means players had less chances of learning to counter him). Those contributes in making him feel overtuned in rank but to actually concretely say that, we need the stats, something that needs time to gather.
Finally he wasn't niche but viable in the past, he was horrible. Easily one of the weakest if not the weakest agent. Him and Deadlock are a tie in that.
