Here Elon Musk talks about how to improve the way we teach small kids and revolutionise the education system.

He says that children should be allowed to learn at their own pace and the concept of classroom doesn't allows kids to grow and learn properly. Elon Musk tells that kids are not things in assembly line so they should not be put in the classes one by one as we do in factories.

He hit the nail on the head. Sadly , public schools in America are federally sanctioned day care centers. A place in which parents know where their kids are at while they're at work. Learning is incidental.

This is so true, but the education system doesn't seem to want to train people who think, they want to train people to follow blindly and not ask questions. If they trained people who could think for themselves it would not be so good for their agenda.
