this clip was years ago. i dont understand why this needs to be brought up, i agree with doing research but that particular clip was not filmed on lamu island, it was filmed in boni forest in norther Lamu county. please do better research

Lies...Lamu town was started in the 14th Century by the Swahili people...Swahili people are coastal bantus found in Kenya and Tanzania...it would seem it's you people who moved into our lands...not the other way round

I hate to bust your bubble there is no muslim island in Kenya, every religion is there and that's we live in kenya, we don't look and classify a place by its religion. Christians and Muslims and other religions live there too. So calling it a muslim island is wrong.

Lamu is fascinating..but the smell from the open sewers ….shela is much nicer..
