- 14 December 2022 | Our daughter hasn't seen Snow in such a long time, she couldn't even remember ever seeing it. Seoul in winter fixes that! We took a walk down the Cheonggyecheon revived stream and the snow ust started falling. It was a dream come true.

My friends said it was -10 in Seoul last night so I was thinking of you and hoping you weren't too cold 😅 I really like Insadong and the nearby Hanok Village and I'm happy to see you visit the restaurant I recommended, it's good to see it's still there but the teahouse next door looks like it's closed 😢 when I last visited that restaurant they didn't have those electronic menus and you had to take your shoes off and sit on the floor but the floor was heated which is one of my favourite things about Korea in winter haha!

You are all doing so much walking that I bet you fall asleep as soon as your heads hit the pillows at night. South Korea looks amazing. I'm not a cold weather person so I wouldn't visit in the Winter but Spring or Summer would be a great possibility. Thanks for showing us the wonderful things that this city has to offer.
I love love snow story , I wait every year for the first snow and we just got it this past Monday it made my morning.I remember when my kids were Story’s age I have to buy a Gatorade for them to put in the fresh snow and eat like slushy.I will never forget the happiness on their faces every time.enjoy the snow Story .

More snow is fun! A big snow storm or a blizzard might traumatize Jay again though. As long as sleet, hail or icicles don't fly and break their windows it might be okay.

So nice in the midst of all the big buildings and the little pink girl is enjoying it so much as well as her older companions lol (not that”old”) and…what great looking food..maybe when you’re landing back in PI the plane will need a longer runway to compensate for the extra weight ! Yep Korea is really close. That's also the reason why so many Koreans visit the Philippines. It's just a few hours away. So the opposite also works.

i'm shivering just by the sight of that snowfall 🥶 growing up, i've always wondered what it felt like to live in a country that experiences seasons. luckily, i only had to take a 4 hour plain ride to Japan or SK to find out! 😀 i absolutely agree with you Jay SK is a country that is worth coming back to. in fact, we try to visit every year, same thing with Japan 😊

@@danielroydrawe for me, both are equally good 👍🏻 there are a lot of amazing dishes in Korea just like there are tons of amazing dishes in Japan. same as in any other country out there but then, it all boils down to the individual's preference. so if you like Korean cuisine better than Japanese cuisine, i respect that 😊
@@kailine3008 I've traveled a lot in Korea and Japan. Japanese food seems to focus more on seafood which I dislike. The first thing I learned how to say in Japanese was " Maca-donaldo doko deska?" Which means Where's McDonald's? The biggest downside about Japan is how expensive everything in Japan is. Gotta love the hot springs though.

yesterday(when I think it snowed), yellow dust(+ fine dust) were serious in korea. Please keep that in mind. Yellow dust is especially dangerous for children.
