How to balance school uni work and Sikhi ?, as we can’t do simran at same time as studying . And it takes up a lot of time . How to keep mind focused in gurbani , simran when studying at same time ?
Even though our full focus may not be on the Gurbani at the time, we can still have Gurbani/Kirtan playing in the background, which will create a spiritual & peaceful atmosphere around you when studying. Every so often, when your mind is tired from study, it will automatically attune to the Kirtan, this will keep your mind in remembrance of Vaheguru. Secondly, keep the time for morning and evening Nitnem, fully focused on the Gurbani only, don't think about studies at this time. Let the morning and evening Nitnem be your time for grounding in your Adhiyatmik (spiritual) life, this will also uplift you for the rest of the day when you are studying. Also think about time management and how you can keep some time for Seva and Simran while doing all other Uni tasks etc. Lastly do Ardaas, with Guru Ji's Kirpa, all is possible!
