Really liked this vid because you took us from removal from the bike to the jet replacement and then back again. Good points made too.

have you done a video on how to get rid of the stock ignition button on the handle bar and install it on the front body frame like the way you push button started it from the button on the front of the battery and wiring box? would like to see how to customize it that way.

Depending on how long your intake tube is....4-6 inches, an 80 to 82 main jet works pretty good...I have used an 85 and a slow jet size of 35 to 38 seems to work well.......I am running a CDI and a custom ceramic clutch with a shaved variator....I can get 52-55 MPH out of my ruck....... .49cc

Very well done, at work now, but putting mine back together tonight when I get home. I soaked all my parts in the Chem-Dip stuff for an hour also. Question, how tight should the "D" screw be? I think it controls the idle, the screw that you can use a flat head to turn, but is supposed to have a special D shaped tool. Thanks.

I just had a quick question on Jets... I was curious what jets you recommend running? I have a 2020 Honda ruckus and the only mods I’ve done is a and NCY-CDI box, and NCY coil, NGK iridium splug, 5.5 sliders and a trail tack. I live at 5200 feet and about 160 pounds. I want to put a high flowing air filter(a K&N) in my stock airbox but when I do it seems to flow too much air and ran to lean. Also after installing the NCY-CDI box and coil I thought it would help it run not so rich here in Denver, but not really.
So if I run the stock air cleaner it runs slightly rich and if I run the aftermarket air cleaner(K&N) it runs to lean so I’m curious what jets you recommend?

Get the Honda service manual..it will tell you what to do with that and everything else you need for your Ruckus. Well worth the money. $40-50.00 Manufacturer part number 61GEZ15.
