Michael Haydn is actually not underrated anymore. His available discography is vast! But the underrated classical period composers list is HUGE! Sterkel, Naumann, Teyber, Bertoni.........
you can hear mozart in every part of this. Everyone realized what a genius he was and tried to emulate him by copying structure, melody, timing, everything.

Anton Teyber seemed to be a contemporary of Mozart. There's plenty of underrated composers from the Classical period (1730's-1810) like Micheal Haydn.
