The jobs are mostly permanent, it’s the visa that differs. Whether you are coming as a temporary foreign worker or as a permanent resident

Pls I would like to inform you that I have applied for over 200 jobs on Job banks and none of the employers have responded to me, I didn't get a single response from any of them and I didn't know the reason. I have been using different C.V and tailored the C.V to the job descriptions. Can u pls tell me wat I need to do.
I can understand the feeling. You can try other websites as well asides from the Canada job bank. Check the 8th video on the playlist below 👇🏽

You can also check the 3rd one for your CV if you haven’t seen it before. It really takes a lot of persistence and patience. You can also consider putting in for the permanent residence route. All the info you need about it is on the Canada website.

But in all of the Job posted you must have a Canadian working permit or a Canadian citizenship, or a temporary resident of Canada before you can apply so as a Nigerian what can I do to obtain the job and if I must get the working permit what and what should I do to get it?
You may be checking a different category. For temporary foreign workers, people from outside Canada can apply. Just follow the application method that I explained in the video. If you can't find what you are looking for, then there are other routes to get to Canada such as study permit, express entry, etc. You can search on UA-cam for channels that give that kind of information. You most likely should see channels sharing those stuffs.
please when searching for a pastor job or an NGO job is is compulsory that there should be an LMIA ? thanks
I don't think you need to be bothered about the LMIA. It's the employer's job to figure that out.

Please sir, some jobs I saw on job bank, shows that recruiter has applied for LMIA but saw a box with only apply if you are Canadian citizen, has work permit and d likes ... Which is confusing.... Can I apply for such from Nigeria?
The thing is, even though a job is listed that foreign workers can apply, the recruiter still often indicates that canadians and those already with work permit should apply. As long as you meet the job requirements, please apply
Please my brother tell me more about this reference number for example am in Nigeria and am applying as a truck driver but most of the vacancy I saw at the job bank are requesting for referral number or reference number I don't really understand that and secondly I saw an option that they said add your cover letter and your resume later.
