well veigar doesnt change his model, only reason that works(i think) because Smolder model actually slightly change with stacks(he gets horns). In theory that can work with any champ whose model changes even slightly with stacks/abilities.

I'm pretty sure riot is big enough to pull this sort of things... even with nintendo's IP collabs would be fking bangers... why a chinese league bootlegs like arena of valor have access to famous IPs like jujutsu kaisen or kimetsu no yaiba meanwhile riot made skins "inspired" (fking trash copies) of others games art styles?

How would they fly though? You get a small Charmander or Charmeleon on top of a Charizard because it's the only one that can fly.
I think the charmander on top of the zard look great but the chameleon is the only one that looks a bit awkward since it shrinks
ideally a different pokemon like bird Pokemon carrying, but Charizard is fine
