I would ask anyone coming to Ottawa to enjoy this cycling nirvana to observe the rules of the road and ride safely. If not, stay home we have enough Kamikaze cyclists here without bringing more in from out of town.

In many north american cities it us not practical. Being able to rind your bike to the store or a restaurant is a luxury not many get to have
