    एजेंट *खुद के लिए* बिजनेस करता है, अगर बिजनेस नहीं करेगा तो उसको कमीशन नही मिले गा, अगर कम बिजनेस करेगा तो कम कमीशन मिलेगा, लेकिन डेवलपमेंट ऑफिसर, *एलआईसी के लिए* काम करता है, अगर वो बिजनेस नही भी करेगा या तो कम करेगा तो भी उसको जो पगार और सुविधाएं मिलती है उस में कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता,,

      Your information is wrong. Dev Officers ko cost ratio Hota hai. Jitna unko salary Milta hai utna unko premium Lana padta hai. Don’t think like that. Hakigat kuch aur hai

    20% डेवलपमेंट ऑफिसर ईमानदारी से काम करते है जो एलआईसी के टोटल बिजनेस का 80% बिजनेस होता है, और बाकी के 20% टोटल बिजनेस 80% डेवलपमेंट ऑफिसर करते है, वो 80% डेवलपमेंट ऑफिसर्स एलआईसी के ऊपर एक बोझ है, एलआईसी उसको मजबूरी से रखती है,,

      Boss you are talking about Pareto’s principle which talks about 20-80 and that is in all industries. Our Dev Officers are very committed to their profession and also to the industry and the fact that some of them are not performing well is just a separate thing.

    Officer ki sellari adhi Karo aur agent ko commission ke alawa sellari do tabhi koi agent Kam karega warna ISI tarah se Palauan hoga aur company band ho jayegi

      If you reduce salary the problem will become more worse. Agent is a business man and should not be paid salary. Unlimited income and lifelong income will stop. Take professional training and become a super agent
