I did both settlements in Kaldor, one for Asmodians and the other for Elyos. Sure, they do use the same music. I rarely upload the same video, if I do it's because I make one with only music and another with both ambient sounds + music together. I don't do it to every video, but the odd time I feel a mix of the two go well together, so I make two versions of the same video with slightly different audio.
