4:24 He said "...Chal kulhi hui Benzene ring! Tu nikhal chal!" (...You open benzene ring! Get lost, go!) It's a Chemistry joke. Benzene is a chemical which is stable only when it has a closed chemical formula. He's implying that Ashish is unstable.
4:27 Sundry expenses are those that are so little and rare that they're basically worthless/unimportant.

5:57 that experiment is called a titration. What makes this funny is that it's actually fairly easy to do. It's supposed to approx look like 6:35 and he kept going until it was FULLY hot pink. Looks like some fruit juice 😂 😂 😂

Well, Lol Nowhere 10th Matters Specially in Case of CBSE Bcoz Syllabus is pretty much low & Of Easy standard Compared to How it Get a long Jump in Toughness of syllabus of Intermediate means 11-12, Also Nowhere 700K Students score above 90% in 12th Boards lol, So Kota Factory dialogue was A bit exaggerated.
Also, I have seen My Own Many of Friends who Get above 90% in this year of 12th Going For Graduation from Different streams And Not Engineering, Specially Not JEE.
While Many of The 75% of lil bit above % Students Try to Go In Engineering fields & Give try their luck in JEE exams.

So mainly the reason why people choose science is because, mostly it's not their choice. There is a ton of family pressure, societal pressure, peer pressure that goes into that. But apart from that, there is a huge misunderstanding that if you're good at studies, you should take the best stream, while people don't acknowledge that all streams are as good as each other. I was a science student, and I personally took it for my love of maths and physics. But this situation is changing. Parents are allowing their children to take subjects that they're interested in. So that's a change for good. Btw, Love your videos ❤️.

No reason for choosing science is almost dependent upon the like/dislike of the student. What he ends up after taking science is something else completely.
That was the thing when I passed my 10th. Since I was good at studies people came and started convincing me to take up science or commerce. They just talked about scope scope🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

It is because the comparison is not accurate. Like 90% is not enough for an IIT aspirant but for a person without such desires might not mind scoring 70 as well. Same in commerce, for a person aspiring to pursue CA, 90% doesn't decide anything but for a BCom, 70 is also fine.

In India, the science stream is highly valued in terms of status in society. Also it is like "you are good in studies so you need to go into science" when it comes to choosing stream over "you have an interest in science so you should go into it".
The 90% is like very very true coz the competition is really really high. Every year some 1.2 million students give the entrance exam to engineering institutes. However the reputed IIT's have some 10k seats in all so it is like

This video does seem to portray commerce as a stupidly simple superior choice over science, and that is because there is this long running stereotype (as Achara mentioned) that commerce students don't have to work too hard while all that science students do is study. And as usual, Ashish has nicely milked this stereotype with a lot of exaggerated examples :) .
But the reason for this stereotype is not only the fact that many engineering domains and the medical field (both science streams) require one to know a lot of information (and hence require a lot of study) but also a trend of career choices set in India which makes science way more competitive than commerce. This trend is largely due to the society's long standing opinions that science fiels are a way more 'safer' or 'stabler' career option, which leads a lot of students coming out of high school to choose science, even today. More number of people entering science = more competion to perform well = more pressure to stand apart from the (large) crowd.
As for commerce, one of the most popular, respected and highest paying career choices is that of a Charted Accountant and not many of those are produced every year. But most other commerce careers aren't valued as much as careers in science. Unlike other countries, some professions are valued a lot more, in terms of respect and payment, than others. But on a positive note, I think, this unfortunate trend is slowly but surely changing in the younger generation.

I feel terrible and heart broken after watching #DilBechara. Did you guys watch it? That's a masterpiece and the most heart touching acting done by our late( 😭) superstar Sushant. I always thought atleast real life mai tho zinda hai sushant but this time it was different. It was always heart breaking seeing him die on screen but this time i was left shaking and disturbed. Bruh, if any of us science students had a choice on the matter, we'd be dancing in Arts or Commerce long ago. It just doesn't work that way. You see Arts anywhere in a family get together and everyone looks at you like you asked for their kidneys. It's soo crazy. This video is true to some extents but not all aspects....there are Hard ass complexed courses one can persue inside commerce stream like - CA(chertered account), CMA(costing & management account), CS (company secretariate) etc....those are very hard to crack and students' passing out % goes around 20-25% all over india!! I was a CMA student & it took me 4 yrs. Of ass cracking study to crack the finals...!

@9:22 I would like to explain why students often take Science over Commerce.
There is a presumption prevalent in the minds of the previous generation that their child would be happy if he becomes a doctor or an engineer. (You will find this as a plot in many Bollywood movies too) Its kind off the definition of success to them. And maybe due to lack of proper counselling, students too don't have a clue of what to do or to be in future.
As shown the commerce students have an image of not studying and just having fun!
Other point of becoming an engineer in India is that, you become eligible to work for any kind of organization, be it Banking sector, military, Multimedia, Civil services etc. So, parents always tend to make their child an engineer, so that, he would have a varied field of scope in the future.

*Commerce is not as simple as people think about it. Indians perception about commerce is like "it's very easy" why You studying commerce? Ask student like me who studies commerce. We have to change the mind set of the indians😃😃😃*
By the way some people here are saying science is tough well have you ever studied commerce ?? Well I don't think so you did becoz I am a commerce student and till my high school I have studied science then I choose commerce becoz science is not a thing for me it's not because it's tough but because I simply not like it commerce for me is more practical and logical and if you are saying science is tough blah blah then you must try economics and accounts in commerce you will cryy to death ....how it feels when you make graphs , tables etc etc in Economics but still not get marks how we have to learn the stats part in economics and for accounts well the name is itself saying things 1-4 accounts you have to prepare for getting the right answer if any one account goes wrong then the pain of that you never gonna understand because "jitne lenghthy hmare answers hote hn itte mn tmhre Pura science Ka paper ho jyga "🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh !! And when you are writing a lengthy answer in a mathematics paper with all the steps and when there is a slight mistake that you do in a particular step and you get the wrong answer , jab dhunde par bhi wo mistake ghanto bad milta hai aur time khatam hota hai na, tab hoti hai buri halat.
I have not studied commerce but commerce students say commerce is easier than science. So ....... But sis science until high school is nothing compared to what you read after that. Don't compare your high school science experience to what we read in the science stream. The syllabus is very huge , much more tough and requires a lot of effort.
I don't think commerce is easy but relatively I think science requires more effort than commerce.
