Plattsburgh ny Disco biscuits played in a rain storm outside on campus outside the student center next to Taco Bell express Awesome. Hung with one of them on fire escape at Monopole bar 3 ft of snow on fire escape and it was snowing they are the coolest band down to earth from Philly I believe Thank you You guys still sound the same but more improved you can tell you practice and play live like crazy you never took your sound the wrong way like some jam bands do . You and ozrics, and phish still keep it real Thank you again!!!!
Extremely cool story, John. Thanks for sharing that here! I'm just an archiver, though. The band has their own YT channel here: ua-cam.com/channels/MUHJbzpOsOv4VvGt_ntVrg.html
@@joshyggg100 indeed with the highest quality level even on a mediocre' show now. They are the best electronic band for sure. And the best the actually improvises on a high level! Hails
I'm not the biggest Bisco guy but when Barber & the boys are on point, they freaking kill it...holy effin shit Vassilios was on 🔥...great way to open 2nd set. Great camera work Boots...keep doing what you're doing 👌 👏 👍
thanks for the inspired encouragement, Efunk! Your enthusiasm is contagious! Listening to this st now on the strength of your comment, so thanks again!
Party ppl, y'all gotta remember how important acoustics are to these guys. The right sound is everything to keeping that jam vehicle rolling along for 3 hours at a time. Never been to Capital theater, but seeing how they jam out every time they play there.... I'm guessing the acoustics sound awesome there. Am I correct in saying that Boots? 🙉
You’re right on the money, tumble. And you explained it very well, too. The best shows I ever played always had 3 things in common without failure or exception: the vibe of the venue, the vibe of the audience that showed up, and the quality of sound on stage was very high. When you can hear yourself and your bandmates clearly, everything goes 1,000x smoother. The opposite is a living nightmare. People paid to travel to see you perform, and you aren’t delivering (and it sounds like shit taboot?!??) it gets hairy under those hot ass lights VERY quickly when you lose your cool. Lose your cool, and then you lose your inspiration. Once your inspiration meter is depleted, that’s it.. The show can unravel and fall apart like *THAT.* Sound quality is everything in this industry. And in the jam scene (for an artist), your inspiration meter is everything. Everything that you do pre-show is connected to your inspiration meter and keeping it replenished. Bad stage sound can deplete your inspiration meter in a matter of 90 seconds (which is an eternity to stand in front of a paying audience and not be in control whatsoever, only as good as your monitors and monitor tech will allow, completely at their mercy.) You definitely know exactly what you are talking about.
Thom sometimes i can not believe that they are still doing amazing things in 2022. Blows my mind every time i stop to think about it. Almost 30 years a band now, and still out here crushin it. Do they still have *ANOTHER* apex in them?!?! hate to repeat myself but it really is mind blowing.
top tier
YES
Barber just casually strolling out on stage to shred faces 😎🥶

Thanks, Boots! This hole set blew everyone’s mind. If they can top this set, they are entirely a whole new band. Real talk!
first set tonight was very solid, Seaton! It's neck and neck! 2022 has been pretty good

Ba ba bootzyyy...love it
just now saw your message over there, i replied where the replay is, if you happen to be up and chillin this morning, & wanting to see what went down
You da man!! Thanks!!!
Shout out to Big Boots!
You can hear the Sweating Bullets coming at 18:46 and they hint at it a couple times before finally dropping it. Literally heard it coming a mile away
And it's inverted if I'm not mistaken... How many times have they inverted Sweating Bullets
Same with the Tempest, heard it hinted during the jams throughout the set before it was dropped.
@@SlumberJack42 they don't invert Bullets very often at all. This is one of thee only times performing an inversion of it
Thanks boots
np frendo
thanks boots
damm what a show, love the happy birthday to barber before the encore, 5th of Beethoven always gets me cheesin
🔥🔥🔥🔥👾👾♠♠
Kind of a bummer they don't sing highwire......I recall when the song came out......love the studio version
They still play it occasionally, not always paired with I Remember When, though
Don't encourage them to sing! Geez.
Whoa!
Right?!?!
13:12 - this is what it's all about
😎❤️😎❤️
start of encore is fantasitic.. katee naked by the pool inverted i think

The business 4:50
Can I get the set list for this?
Sure:
Vass > Orch > inverted Bullets > Tempest > Vass > I Remember When (dyslexic ending)
