I think one of our problems in this side of the world is the inability to critically analyze thought processes. The arrest of Sowore was not based on the issues he and his team want to "protest" about, but the process leading to communicating the issues to the authority. I think our education really needs total overhauling and restructuring because I can't see any reason why we are all speaking from both side of our mouths. There is a process, REVOLUTION, and there are DEMAND. Arrest was based on the process of communicating your demand and not on the demand, which every discussant on this debate agreed was against the extant law in Nigeria, but our loudness is centered of the DEMAND. No wonder all these lawyers are losing cases in courts. We have a long way to go as country collectively.
This is the problem of Nigeria is "as long as it's not my tribe", when IPOB was openly persecuted and its members killed for merely waving flags, including non members who were merely wearing Gucci. I think one of our problems in this side of the world is the inability to critically analyze thought processes. The arrest of Sowore was not based on the issues he and his team want to "protest" about, but the process leading to communicating the issues to the authority. I think our education really needs total overhauling and restructuring because I can't see any reason why we are all speaking from both side of our mouths. There is a process, REVOLUTION, and there are DEMAND. Arrest was based on the process of communicating your demand and not on the demand, which every discussant on this debate agreed was against the extant law in Nigeria, but our loudness is centered of the DEMAND. No wonder all these lawyers are losing cases in courts. We have a long way to go as country collectively.

This is the problem of Nigeria is "as long as it's not my tribe", when IPOB was openly persecuted and its members killed for merely waving flags, including non members who were merely wearing Gucci. Today they have arrested Sowore on a similar trumped up charges to Nnamdi Kanu. Fulani people under various guise are walking all over Nigeria some as military some as herdsmen, killing raping and kidnapping with impunity. Recently a northern group threatened the existence of Nigeria over RUGA, yet they individuals are free. So does this mean that Dim Ojukwu was right in his Ahiara declaration?
