4:38 really makes me reflect on my life and everything i have gone through. I'm 23 an Max Payne 3 and GTA 5 came out when i was 12 and 13 years old. So many years have passed by an it felt like it was only 2 years ago. But in reality it's been 11 years of my life. 11 years i will never get back. TIme flies and we must enjoy the time we have left.
Literally two of my favorite scores from their respective games, rolled into one.
As a Panamanian I can confirm you can hear this song evreytime you walkout to the street
They always say you cant mix two good things and expect something better, but honestly this version totally breaks that rule.
I like how calm and melancholic the melody and synths are combined with the drums make you feel like a badass.
Good job again! Maybe we should name this "Panama City Map".
Upon listening to this wonderful mix of two great games soundtracks that I personally love, I've come to realise how deep is the connection between all Rockstar games. Congratulations, mate, for that work of yours!

Love this so much. I'm a massive fan of both MP3 and GTA V's OSTs, such beautifully timeless music, but at the same time so very nostalgic now. Definitely makes me miss Max, GTA, and that entire era of 2010s Rockstar as well. Really well put together mix, appreciate the HQ links too!

No one can tell me that HEALTH didn't create GTA5s pause music. It seriously feels like it should've been in Max Payne 3
Apparently they did? I think one of them was involved in some of the soundtrack (not counting the later arena wars ost)
@@dopey473 HEALTH had composed the Arena Wars OST as well as compose an original piece for one of the radio stations that would also play frequently in clothing stores "High Pressure Dave". As for the pause music, two theories I've seen: It's Tangerine Dreams' Greyhound, it was unused as a theme. The other, and one I saw a while ago, was that it was an unused mix or a remix of PANAMA that never got released.
I'm still waiting for the release of the 10th Anniversary Soundtrack R* promised us from HEALTH, which might also have confirmation or denial

Usually stuff like this turns out ok but man this sounds like a real rockstar track. When I heard the original song I knew it sounded familiar to gta v menu. I listen to this while making max Payne art.
