There is one more young PUNJABI Sikh man who died before Shaheed Bhagat Singh and gave his life at the age of 19 ( a teenager ) . His name is Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha. But mostly people don't remember his shaheedi . He was also executed by British government and also Bhagat Singh carried Kartar Singh Sarabha's picture along with him all the time even then when he was in jail. Bhagat Singh unko apna guru samjhte the. We have many more freedom fighters who are not remembered by us anymore .

You're right. Gurdas maan is inacting as "Time" here and meeting Kid bhagat singh. Time told bhagat singh what will hallen in 2017 but you cannot change your decision. The kid at the end tried to erase 'Shaheed' title from his own statue when Time(Gurdas maan) stopped bhagat and lead him to hanging.
