For anyone struggling to find this figure check your books a million stores. I ended up finding sports master, manhunter, and platinum edition cyborg Superman along with the Batman forever wave just hanging out.
Sportsmaster first fought the Golden Age Green Lantern, then the Justice Society. Later he battled Starman, Black Canary and Wildcat with his wife, the Huntress/Tigress. After that, they took on Batgirl and Robin then the Justice League! Once he held a stadium filled with people hostage to force the Heroes to go against the Villains in a baseball game! His daughter is Artemis Crock aka Tigress III.
This is actually one of my favorite villains... I know him from the first run of the Young Justice cartoon... He was the main human henchmen, no one could touch this guy... check his out in Young Justice you'll be a fan too... I made a custom YJ version about 2 years ago that looks way better than this one, too little to late Todd... an easy pass .. hopefully he'll make that Young Justice Black Beetle, another fan favorite.
