Naah, he'd be a disaster. After Modi, Manohar Parikar could have led but he's no more with us. Today in BJP, Piyush Goyal is anyday better than Gadkari. Gadkari's integrity is questionable. He lacks national charisma, can't win even Maharashtra on his own, not a good orator, and lacks political knack. MSM like NDTV, The Hindu etc will finish him in days. BJP needs to groom a leader like Modi who has absolute mastery in mass psychology and propaganda, has an incorruptible image and a past which ascertains his position wrt Hindutva as well. Currently, not one leader is there in BJP except Modi who has all 3:
1) Understanding of mass psychology
2) Incorruptible image
3) Hindutva
BJP MUST groom some young leaders like Modi. Yogi Adityanath has incorruptible image and Hindutva but he doesn't understand politics well, a bit more aggressive he is. If Yogi say as 10 years of UP CM develops this skill, he would easily succeed Modi but as of now, only Piyush Goyal fits the bill.
