now that's a peridot ring. really large ones like that are hard to find thats a great deal . That's a such a beautiful quaint shop. I haven't seen a shop like that since I was in the Catskills. Woodstock New York has some really great little shops like that. they just don't exist around here anymore.

French ivory is not ivory--it is an old plastic like celluloid--it is very flammable...

French ivory, the material your set is made of, is not real ivory. It is celluloid, the first synthetic plastic, developed in the 1860s.
