same here, I was focused on Dez's POV at first then I heard screaming, and I was like "oh wow they really like Rotom huh" then I looked at Altare's POV and then I screamed along lmao.
If anybody is wondering, it's legit in the beginning where he says the Pikachu is his favorite. So I guess why he sounded like he's going to faint real soon
I don't know anything about pokemon cards so I don't know if that card is expensive or not. But knowing how happy that card makes our demon god king, all I can say is LET'S GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
That was rad! He was winning with that pull. It's been a while since I played the TCG but it's definitely a blast to pull something you wanted but didn't expect to get.
As someone who hasn't been interested in the TCG since the Team Rocket expansion, I would love some context on this card. Is it powerful? Did he get a rare variant? Is it worth a boatload of cash? Is he just happy because it's a fat Pikachu?
Its not about the cost but the instance in which you've gotten the rare variation of your favourite pokemon with just that many packs. That's actually euphoric tbh.
Not sure what more context you need, judging by the reaction you can kinda tell it's an absolute rare card. Also because the card looks nothing like the others.
@@Unaliq I don’t know anything about Pokémon cards, so I don’t know the exact significance of this card. I can’t appraise it’s value or determine it’s rarity. I lack the required context to understand what about the card merits this reaction. I think that’s the kind of context this guy is going for-NOT lacking in the emotional experiences department whereby one can relate to Altare’s excitement.
@@deadmanscandle2014 exactly my thoughts as well. It's easy to tell he's excited, and he did mention Pikachu being his favorite Pokemon, but without context of knowing what makes this particular Pikachu warrant this level of excitement, it's hard to understand said excitement. I saw another comment appraise this as a $20 card, and as someone who plays a lot of other TCGs other than Pokemon, I've spent upwards of $80 for rare singles in other games, so it's hard to judge Pokemon's rarity comparatively. I mean, it's easy to tell the style of this card is very different from the norm, leading to a general understanding that it's some sort of rare variant print, but how rare? One per box? One per case? Can any card be in this variant style, or is it a restricted pool? All questions that need to be contextualized for someone outside the hobby of collecting Pokemon cards to first understand how rare this pull is in order to second understand why this is so exciting.
This is why you put points into luck instead of height boys.
If that's the case, Kobo's luckier than him
Poor Oga
Altare’s luck is incredible
Well he ain't the Isekai Protag for nothing
Altare screaming at the sight of the Chonkachu caught me off-guard but God damn this man's luck is insane.

He was literally shaking lol.

Everyone : Oh my goooooood!
Altare : 🚂
The stream was just hype after hype after hype, was incredible seeing it live.
He maybe the shortest, but absolutely the luckiest
he sacrificed his height for luck
this man sounded like he was about to pass out
Altare almost experienced a HungryBox moment

It's not exactly expensive, but it's rare. About one every 200 packs.
It isn't the cost, it's the sentimental value!
@@coreylineberry8557 each pack has, what, 10 cards? So it's a 1 in 2000 (or 0.05% chance) pull then?
Axel totally sounded like Shaggy when he said "Nooooo" 😂

I feel like I want to stick with this hobby after gunpla building
I was like Magni at that moment xd
The same reaction for the crazy luckiest moment on an opening TCG PKMN card stream
This box Altare got the best pulls. And vespar going home with the golden stadium card from magni pack
Magni’s really magging out
His sheer joy makes me so happy as well

Everyone: *screaming*
me: look its chungus pikachu
No wonder he was isekaied
This world is not rng enough for him
I had a similar moment when pulling Pokemon cards
It was still the ORAS series at the time and I got a Mega Rayquaza on my 4th pack
Little u didn't know Dez planning warz for those G...hahahah Congratulations to DGK!!!
Imagine if chat told Altare to bend a pack of cards, he would of been like Nogla 😂
Nogla: *sees something shiny in the bent pack of cards* Oh F#
He's gonna have a mental breakdown if he found out he bent a rare card 😂
He's really got ptsd after that
@@renderzaulia1218 lol he did but at the end he was all like “But I’ll still do it anyways.” 😂
This was insane!
I need to know who's altare dealer!!
It's Shien from Stars JP! Only the Boss can give these out!
Magni gotta takes a lot of copium today🤣
0:09 Chonkachu voiceline
I cried at that moment
Anime protag luck

rare variant and also fat pikachu
Altare freaking loves pikachu lmfao
afaik it's a rare variant and altare loves pikachu so it's a double W for him
Special variants like this one with black and gold color only is one of the rarest and most expensive. As far as I know
@@xander2175 how fat is he?
True hero
Y’all I’m the same height as him and nowhere near as lucky
PIII!
PIII!
PIII!
That thing would cost for hundreds on Ebay O.O
If anyone was wondering the price of the card, it’s worth 32$.
Thanks, for a moment I was remembering the Charizard guy from Pawn Shop and was wondering if it was a crazy amount of money.
@@DaviHorner Pokemon Card prices went down a lot
So is a good card?
It's a rare card to get

About $20.

How much is that worth btw
Sitting at around $20+ at the moment.
I don't get it? It looks worse than the other cards. Is it made of actual gold?
It's really rare.
ultra rare + gold version I guess
.......okay
Someone care to give context?
the beginning of the video literally gives you the context that he loves pikachu cards
