It ain't a grovel board. It loves big barrels. Its hard to get speed out of this board. The fins are set close together and you need really big fins to get speed out of it, almost twin fins. It loves powerful/ bowling waves. It loves barrels. Its not a grovel board. Try the baby buggy if you want that type of board.
Maybe too much tail rocker to be a good grovel board. Its a hard board to surf. Someone has gone off on a tangent with this model so becareful. Hard to do anything vertical on it forehand or backhand, rails too parallel? Who knows. It does carving turns well. Surfs better backhand rather than forehand. Forehand it seems to leave you behind where you want to be on the wave and then you cant bottom turn, forehand, into the lip( rail or rocker, i dont know). It does somethings well and other things not so well. But its good in a barrel. The thinker , hollower the better. The rail is a high performance rail on a groveller, work that out. Maybe smokin' too much of the 'erb that day before shaping. You can ride high in a barrel with this rail. Feels good. Maybe the uber outline with all the bits from the baby buggy. An Uber buggy for a grovel board.
Best board ever

Did you go down in volume?
have this board and that's exactly how i feel as well, weird how it feels like it's behind forehand but decent backhand
@@s1cklad that because you surf more back footed on your back hand.
In fact i wouldn't buy this board as a groveller, barrel rider yes but groveller no.
