    If free education is ended, I feel Norway is gonna get very very less number of International applications who will be very talented.

    As an applicant for the autumn of 2023, this is a huge bummer for me as I had planned on this for a fair few years and it is extremely important for my niche field of study..
    I hope the govt sees that Norway no longer remains a viable option for many students around the world if they have to pay huge fees when a comparable/better education can be had in other countries with lesser barriers like language.. for many students Norway isn't an option JUST for free education but also for certain fields of study that are focused on in Norwegian universities..i hope at least some compromises are made in the implementation of this change to still keep education accessible and affordable..

    Tuition fees can increase the chances of people with low cgpa to get into the norway. Previously, it was impossible to get a offer lettet if your cgpa is below 3

    Hello Arvind Sir & Shailja Ma'am. Hope you are doing great! We have been following your videos for a long time and Norway as a country has inspired us ever since and your videos have been a boon in clearing our queries, and for which we as a family have decided to move to Norway. My father is an Orthopedic Surgeon currently holding a Bulgarian PR and I having done my Bachelors in India and holding a NEET score-card(validity upto 3 years) wish to take admission in MBBS in Norway. It would be highly appreciable if you could throw some light on how to pursue MBBS from Norway... Also my family would be greatly honored to meet you and your family in Norway. Thankyou Sir & Ma'am & may God bless you

    I'm just curious how they gonna get international skilled labour when most times they propose u have to have a Norwegian degree and also have to speak Norwegian it works great from PhD but majority of actual workforce has bachelors degree, I feel if u wanted to make money on schools you should charge the developed nations and make free for poor countries, cos most times those who go study international and move there perminantly are those seeking better life from poor countries

    think the main reason why they introduce fees is to reduce the number of international students and make sure that the only ones coming are the ones that intend to stay, learn the language and become part of their work force after schooling, because norway is about 3 times the size of Nigeria but with only 5million people which is not really a sufficient population and a lot people who come end up leaving either because they can't learn the language or they don't like the weather

    • @prasadpatil1160
      @prasadpatil1160 Рік тому

      Only the rich can afford that and poor international students have way more interest in doing that than rich people

      And because it's not fair for Norwegians to pay for indians education

      @@nostro1940 The international students keep pumping money in your economy by living in the country that makes small regional shops business and also most of them stay to work in the stems jobs in which majority of young students are not interested in. Which is why the majority of western countries like the USA, UK, and Europe allow them to work in their country while still suffering from unemployment. Immigrants are the backbone of the entire western economy.

    Why not just say it that, paying this huge amount of tuition fees in Norway is not worth in terms of everything compared with other countries. In addition to everything you (sir) said, the countries removed the no- tuition fees faced a huge downward slope on their economy!

    Norway like other Nato countries are accepting in other words embracing ukrainian refugees (99%female) who are mostly university going students. To cater them free education , non Eu countries are on hold and therfore are pushed for a stake of high tuition fees.This is inside story.
