we are getting another book about a different prince of hell! i /think/ it's sloth or gluttony this time. i saw her announcement post about it on tiktok or insta a while back. since she's doing another, i assume we'll be getting all the princes which i'm sooo excited for. i love the KOTW world and am so happy to get to read more books in it.

I like the characters more than the story so far with Whispering Door, but I definitely want to finish it at some point. As for Gods & Monsters, I just finished that last night and i'm so sad it's over 😭 lol I'm surprised I don't really hear anyone talk about this series, I thought it was so fun!
Very nice books. I have read Serpent & Dove quite a while ago, but I don't plan to continue. It wasn't really my thing. But I am excited to get to more Kerri maniscalco. I have read Kingdom of the Wicked this month, and I wanna continue so bad. Also... you look so pretty ... the make up suits you so well.

Now that I've finished the series I do think the 1st book was my least fave, but also I loved the 2nd one and according to some reviews on Goodreads, people thought that felt like a filler book. So I might have an unpopular opinion of the series. 😂 Ahhh, I'm also DYING for more Kingdom of the Wicked! I just started following the author on tiktok and the next book is coming out in September and I'm so excited!!
I didn’t read Crossed, but as someone who finds movie Frollo terrifyingly creepy at in a way that is too close to home, I’m not surprised that reading smut about him wasn’t the best experience 😳
Haha, I don't think I ever watched the movie, so I didn't picture him while I was reading, and I think this was one of the more tame ones as far as the spice goes, BUT I still REALLY disliked him. I've come to the conclusion that morally gray religious figures are not my thing 🙁
