Geoff Whitehorn, the lead guitarist, is a very friendly man. I met him at the Philadelphia International Airport in the early 2000s. I was carrying a very heavy trunk up some stairs and he offered to help. We got about halfway up and he said he was in a hurry and had to go catch a plane! I had to carry it myself the rest of the way, but was thankful for the assistance he provided. Maybe he didn't want to injure his main guitar playing hand? Wish I'd asked for an autograph.

Wow! First time I hear a kaleidoscope from 2006…The intro was still very different from the one that would develop in 2009 (and gary plays a bit of Holding On! The song, like this one, starts with four chords moving onto a D bass…). And good audio and video…Thanks for posting, this is MUCH appreciated! May we hope other songs from this set will be uploaded?
I actually was one of the bands that played on this exact stage this same year. We was one of the starter bands, The windows. Our dressing room was dead facing there's at the Travelodge, really amazing down to earth guys. A memory ill cherish forever.
I prefer Matthew Fisher's B3 organ and B.J. Wilson's drumming on the studio version. However they do sound good at this concert and It's fine seeing them play this song live.
even though this date is fading into the distance, its good to see groups like procol harum still going. I dont remember them being at the isle of wights I went to. they should have a near as you can get recreation of the old festivals, with whose available or still around. would be interesting.

I suppose there's nothing like the studio version. That tritone at the end still sends shivers down the spine.
