I just want to say, this artist has a truly beautiful and amazing talent and thank you so much for sharing it with us!! ❤️
While they were painting the tree in the woman at first I felt like it was symbolic that we need to stand tall and strong, and as they painted it in front of the beautiful sky scene it felt symbolic to me that sometimes we need to look for the beautiful things in life.
Then while they were painting the tree in the man I compared the two trees and I feel like the second one looked older, like it had more wisdom and experience than the other one.
That’s just a couple of symbolic things I thought of during the video that I wanted to share, so thank you so much if you’ve read all this!! I wish the best for you and hope you have a wonderful day and future! Just keep going strong and good things will come to you! Trust in the Lord and never give up! This painting made me emotional, it's like a story of 2 little kids were together until they are old. Knowing that they both soon be gone from their life, they went up to the same hill to watch the sunset and the city just like they did when they were younger ❤❤😢🥺

This is one of the most beautiful paintings ive ever seen. Theres so much emotion in this that it brings me to tears. I adore the color changes from a dark mysterious side to a bright and warm side. This was very inspirational and thankyou for sharing it.

I was legit cringing until they took off the tape, not in a bad way, but I was desperately waiting for the tape peel
When people start disliking you, realize that it is your success and that people have never become like you.
I don't perticually like this painting because it triggers my OCD because the colours aren't evenly spread and the colours for the male and female are different even though they are connected BUT I would never dislike or write harmful comments regarding my dislike for the painting.

It's a matter of your own, personal taste whether you find this painting aesthetically pleasing or not, but I think you got the interpretation of it all wrong, and that can wildly affect your opinion on an artpiece.
These aren't meant to be two halves of the same picture in a literal sense, but rather a representation of the beginning and progression of a fulfilling relationship. There are clues towards the intended interpretation on the thumbnail of this video.
On the left you can see the "sunrise" or "then" - a depicton of their youth and how they fell in love as they sat together on a tree.
On the right you can see the "sunset", the "forever" - a glimpse into the future, them having grown old together and standing, presumably, under the very same tree they fell in love on.
And the silhouettes, in which those two scenes were painted, represent "now".
Tl;dr
The colours aren't connected or lined evenly, because the painting portrays two *different* scenes in each outline - the "dawn" and "dusk" of two people's love life, united by "now" - the silhouettes of the lovers themselves.

I may not find this painting beautiful but I know alot of others do and the artist worked really hard! It may trigger me but I don't have to look at it. I chose to, And that is not the artists fault. Looking at it takes 5 minutes, If I wrote a mean comment it would remain there forever and therefore I'm not going to.

I just thought that you might feel a little better looking at this painting, if you learned there was a different way to view it, that there was an actual purpose behind the choices that at first glance may appear to ruin the effect.
But it's really okay if you still don't like it, and it would be just as okay even if you didn't have OCD.
I really like your way of thinking, how you understand the effort that went into this artwork and how you appreciate its artistic merits, despite them not appealing to you personally, that's really thoughtful of you.

Actually, from my experience, it's usually people who know something about painting and could probably do this if they wanted to that dislike these videos. Those who don't know how to paint are usually much easily impressed. Those who know are much more critical about the technique, the use of colors, the overall result (and this is a pretty simple technique that will not impress someone who, for example, can paint realistic portraits).
(And as someone who knows a bit about painting, I have to say this is a pretty cool painting.)
