The writing makes me wanna pull my hair out. However one las vegas trip, we were extremely nice to the stewardess right after hearing a total bitch in first class. We told her, "I'm sorry you had to go through that, no one deserves it, she was being a bitch." After the smile that made me think 'I'm gonna have to manage her..' I dunno how they do it, but the airline never charged us a single extra dollar for the 3 or so we each received. It shoulda been an upcharge of about 30+ dollars. Everyone else was casual about it but never mentioned the other passenger. I dunno exactly why that happened, but it did.
