Not exactly, there are 6 fixed bells used to play together with the full circle ring bells. That bells "lead" the different performings in the tower, always starting and stoppping the performing. There is another big bell located in the top of the tower that is only used as hour bell

Have you tried a full version of the video? A full version is when the bells go for between 4 - 7 minutes.
