You need to keep up with your Info. They created the Mini BTC and ETH with much lower fees. BTC only bled because they had high fees compared to the other ETFs. Plus there's only 8 billion in the ETH trust compared to BTC had 27 billion with high fees. The mini versions of the ETF were just created that why BTC had to drain out. Not the same.
GBTC dump was due to many factors (high fee, OGs selling to take profits, DCG selling to pay for their lawsuit, etc)
I don't see Grayscale ETHE sell off happening and even if it does, its impact will be negligible.
Lol. BTC has done amazingly in this last bull run due to the ETFs. Grayscale is a minor inconvenience.

My understanding is that FIT21 initially places projects under the SEC.
Once a project is decentralized enough, the project switches to being regulated by the CFTC.
How is decentralisation measured?
What measure of decentralisation is required to become regulated by the the CFTC?
