Really loved this video Simon, amazing to see this area and mountains, to see the sights and sounds of Morocco and the people at the market place. Good that you got some training in at Malvern first🙂⛰️ Looked a long trek and it was misty and very atmospheric but it was great that you had good people with you. I LOVED the drone footage at the top that you got, wow, the summit of North Africa, amazing and the mint tea looked tasty 😃 👏👏👍~ Anna
Thanks as always Ana for tuning in in always appreciate that 🤠🙏🏼 But this was an amazing adventure and not just the climb up Toubkal 🏔️as fulfilling as that was but the journey and the time spent in Marrakesh 🇲🇦🙏🏼 such a different and exciting place to spend a little time 👍 Have a great week Ana and give my regards to Alf and your family 😊 Simon
A tuff experience as you know Owen but epic in every way 🤠🙏🏼🏔️🇲🇦 Definitely was a blessing to be able to have had this adventure climbing Toubkal 🏔️🙏🏼🙏🏼 Very best regards Simon 🤠👍🏔️
This trek to the top of Mount Toubkal is a whole experience! The start in Marrakec, reaching the summit, the journey shows the beauty and challenge of the Atlas Mountains. I love seeing how the Berber people and their donkeys support trekkers along the way, it’s a unique part of this adventure that really adds to the experience. Those sunrise moments at the summit must have felt unreal! And I appreciate the honesty about the cold, it sounds like the wind chill was no joke. Thanks for sharing this unforgettable journey and such epic landscapes! 🏔👏

Nice one, Simon. I've seen others do that, and it is a climb and a half, especially with the thin air. Congratulations on getting to the summit. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers Chris yes it’s t he altitude that’s the real issue on Toubkal 🏔️🇲🇦 and the cold 🥶 above 3500 meters! Hi Simon, We watched this on the big tv at the weekend. What an epic trip! Another one! You certainly do visit the most incredible places. Absolutely stunning scenery! 13,671 feet, wow that's no joke. Very well done to you and john for reaching the summit, that looked like a tough push! We loved following your trek in from the mountain Village of Imlil to the French built refuge, fascinating to see the mountain guides and mules, you did a great job of including all the wonderful culture of Morroco along the way. The climbing adventure of a lifetime indeed!🙏🏼🏔️🤠 Thank you for taking us along🙌 All the best, Shell and Pete, Ps, loved minature toffee, how cute!🤗😍
lol 😂 micro toffee 🐶 went up instead of big toffee (to heavy) our secret 🤫😂) But definitely recommend this trek Pete you and shell would love it Both the climb and the culture in Morocco 🇲🇦🏔️the altitude is a challenge but is manageable (I’d recommend doing it in three days instead of two like John and I ) just allow’s you to acclimatise that bit better and the time is spend heading up to 3700( 500 above the refuge) and back down ! The team where great the food and the vibe too 👌🏻 But thanks as always for watching its always nice to see you guys here 🤠👍🏔️ Very best regards Simon

Hello my friend Sir Simon! climbing Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa is a thrilling adventure. Nestled in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, a challenge and breathtaking beauty. Trekkers are rewarded with dramatic landscapes that shift from lush valleys to rugged, rocky slopes. The final ascent can be steep and demanding, especially with unpredictable weather, but reaching the summit is an unforgettable experience. From the top, climbers are greeted with sweeping views of the Atlas Mountains stretching out to the horizon, a true highlight for anyone exploring Morocco.
Thank you! You too Robert always appreciate you tuning in 🤠👍🏔️ Toubkal 🇲🇦was a challenge but we made it 🏔️🙏🏼🙏🏼 All the best for the week ahead Simon 🤠👍

The refuge is impressive warm cosy with that buzz about it if people get ready to climb (very infectious feeling) But the snow made it a little trickier but I did have the right equipment 🤭 so it was not a problem (but cold 🥶)maxed out all my warm layers so I was not hanging around too long up high 🥶🏔️🇲🇦 Thanks Age hope your doing good 🙏🏼 Regards Simon 🤠👍🏔️
Love the practice in the Malverns, such a different terrain. A quiet Marakesh! Now that really is an early start. Gosh can see your breath at the start, thats very different temperatures from expected! Mmm, the lunch looks lovely, although a bit adventurous given the exercise to follow! Glad to see the toilet facilities along the route! Gosh that’s a very early start leaving the refuge. Snow in Africa! What a cracking sunrise. Ive never climbed to that altitude so it’s lovely experiencing it through this video. Great shot of the pyramid. What a fantastic adventure. Well done Simon. 👍
Thanks Nick yes always an early start in the mountains 🏔️😱 (I’m not a natural early morning person either) But definitely was a lot colder than I expected to be honest the top was freezing 🥶 and had all my layers in (definitely wasn’t going to hang to long up at the summit) but boi the views where exquisite the Sahara Desert to the south east and all the mountains of the atlas below us 🏔️🏔️ days like these 🙏🏼🇲🇦🏔️ But those runs and weights hill walks on the Malvern Hills definitely helped (but the altitude definitely did make its presence felt! ) I’d advise against this climb in two days unless you are already altitude ready and instead go for the 3 day climb with the additional 24 hours at 3200m doing rotations up to 3700m Cuts the chance of a disappointment! But thanks for tuning in mate give my regards to Jill 👍🤠 Best wishes Simon 🇲🇦🏔️🤠👍
Exciting adventure! What a climb! Very exotic to go to Morocco!! ❤ Loved seeing the views and the trail, plus where you stayed. The food looked delicious. That was an amazing and challenging climb in elevation for just a couple days! Adapting to the thin air is a big challenge. Congratulations- well done! I’m happy for you! 😄❤️🤠⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks Jennifer brilliant mountains the Atlas 🏔️🏔️🇲🇦 and you are right altitude acclimatisation is tuff with only limited time above 3000 metres most do this with an additional day spent at the refuge and do a 500 meter rotation climb to get more altitude ready ! 🏔️🇲🇦 For me though the decent was hard going as it’s 2500 meters 8200 feet in one day in the afternoon of the summit push 🥵 Thanks again 🤠🙏🏼 Best wishes Simon
Hi Simon! The Atlas Mountains are pretty amazing. It's great to meet the people who live there and help guide you along the way. The views are beautiful up there.
Yes they are brilliant people the Berber’s always have a smile and it was interaction with these epic mountain people that sticks with me most on this expedition Donna! Hi Simon, I watched this video with particular pleasure because I was also on Mt. Toubkal 5 years ago. We went on the same tour, the first day from Imlil to the French refuge, the second day to the top. We went in the summer, so there was no snow, which probably made the climb easier. Fantastic video, you showed all the stages of the ascent and beauty of the High Atlas very well. It is surely a trip to remember 👍❤️
Glad you enjoyed it Vedrana 🏔️🇲🇦🙏🏼 it most definitely was a trip to remember both on and off the mountain 🏔️ I just love the different cultures the sounds and scents of Marrakesh 🇲🇦 and i especially enjoyed the decent long as you know! but we where allowed to go at our own pace (which compared to the assent pace was an amble (enjoyed that )) and the views 🏔️🇲🇦🏔️stunning! Hope to it well Very best wishes Simon 🤠👍🏔️
What a great city to visit Simon before you head to the main event. Good that the weather was kind to start off with. A great video showing off the terrain of this great multi day climb in the Atlas Mountains. Take care 🔆🔆
Yes it was an amazing trip both on and off the mountain 🇲🇦🏔️ One adventure that definitely remembered fondly 🏔️🤠👍 Best wishes Nettie have a fab week 👌🏻🤠 Simon 🇲🇦🏔️
Wow, Simon! I love Marakesh - what a beautiful place. And I have always loved the desert. Some years ago a couple of my friends climbed this peak and I was fascinated by their tales of the mountain and the mules. What a shattered landscape. And how cold???! Well done! Like the music btw 👍
Thanks Sue always nice to see you swing by 🤠🙏🏼 It definitely was a lot colder that I’d figure it be but we managed (just didn’t dwell as long as we might at the summit 🥶🏔️🇲🇦 But definitely enjoyed both the time on and off the mountain as Marrakesh is amazing in its own right 🇲🇦👌🏻 Very best wishes m Simon 🤠👍🏔️ Oh as a foot note they used to use donkeys and mules on the Malvern hill back in Edwardian day to take people to the top !
My friends are actually in Morocco climbing the Atlas. I think they are coming back in 3 days. We wanted to go with them, but some other things came up. This looks awesome. We will have to do it in the near future. Great hiking and views are stunning. Take care Simon and see you soon. Cheers! Sretana and Zac. ✌😊🤗
Have fun when you go! And give my best wishes to your friends 👍🤠🏔️and I’d say climb Toubkal 🇲🇦🏔️ over a minimum of 3 day’s to properly acclimatise to the 4000 plus altitude 🏔️ (saves any disappointments in having to turn around due to altitude sickness) Zac Sretana have a great week ahead Simon 🤠🏔️👍
Hi Simon. That was great. I once climbed mt Whitney (highest in contiguous US). The altitude certainly makes a difference. Amazing how cold the summit was. Well done for doing it 👍
Hi Simon. Well done. I would imagine it takes a while for the body to adjust to the altitude. It looked like an unforgettable experience, between the climb and the different culture and surroundings. Nicely captured. all the best👍
Absolutely brilliant trip Andrew as you said both on and off the mountain 🏔️🇲🇦 ! The sights and sounds just amazing 🙏🏼 As for the altitude yes it makes its self know especially from 3500 up and my advice would be to climb Toubkal over 3 days or 4 days to properly acclimatise ! As around 1 in 5 dont summit due to altitude sickness Our team got just had one who didn’t make the summit on a two day expedition 🏔️🇲🇦 Hope your keeping well 🙏🏼 Best wishes Simon 🤠👍🏔️
Morning Simon We've never been to Morocco so absolutely loved this, what an experience a hike/climb in the Atlas mountains. Lunch looked nice Good to hear that basic toilets are available It looked tough We throughly enjoyed this, massive well done ❤ Hope you have a fabulous weekend 😊
Glad you enjoyed it Jo it’s was awesome both on the trek and the time spent in Marrakesh 🇲🇦 I loved the food 👌🏻 and on the trail and in the mountain refuge all good was freshly cooked by our cook (I’ve never done a guided expedition like this before so different in many ways) good being cooked being one and the pace the mountain guide goes at is pretty fast 🥵! But the climb section after the early start was magical 🏔️🙏🏼 not easy due to that 4000 m altitude making its presence know ! I’d recommend climbing Toubkal in three days as opposed to two like John and i it would help with the acclimatisation a lot! Best wishes to Morgs and thanks so much for watching 🤠👍🏔️🇲🇦 Simon
Thank you very much wasn’t easy but a great team around us made the difference on summiting Toubkal 🏔️🇲🇦🙏🏼🤠 Best wishes And have a great week ahead 👍 Simon
Good going Simon and all. That was a nice approach in - different from the Alps as you said/barren. Loved the culture and the summit of course. Your legs and lungs took it. Yeah, you still got it. All the best. Mark
Absolutely amazing experience and it’s nice to know I’ve got a little in the tank left Mark 🙏🏼👍🏔️ Not an easy trek the altitude even though we where somewhat acclimatised did really kick in above 3500 and the cold 🥶too from 3800 (small steps and head down at this point ) mind it seems the summit pyramid was never getting any closer at time 🥵 But thanks mate for tuning in (always appreciate it mark) Simon 🤠👍🏔️🇲🇦
Spot on that Simon looks epic! Tagine looked good 😋 looks a bit of a gradual slog to that refuge especially at altitude. You don't really associate Morocco with snow too much haha. Great drone views! Cool that you're getting out and seeing so many different mountain ranges 😎
Cheers Matt yes snow and Morocco 🇲🇦 don’t really go hand in hand from the UK perspective do they mate but on the trek up to the refuge with the clag down and snow on the tops it was not what I had expected to be honest (which was hot arid conditions like in Marrakesh 🇲🇦) above3800 to 4000 it was bitter cold too🥶 not a place to linger too long mate and your right it’s a slog a series of steep sections and more gentle inclines that keep going and going and going until you arrive at the refuge 👌🏻 the food was great both on route and in the refuge 🏔️🇲🇦 Thanks Matt as always for watching keep safe too mate 🤠👍 Simon
Looks like another one off the bucket list there Simon. Pretty cool you can be guided up there and takes a lot of the pressure off organising things plus knowing the route. Sounds like you need your passport everywhere. I'm always scared of losing mine when taking it around with me. Sounded cold and blustery at the top as well as the over nighter. Awesome early morning views tho. I'd hope I'd be fit enough to make that trek 👍
It really is an amazing Trek Paul and you should definitely climb Toubkal 🇲🇦🏔️👍 (you would enjoy it I know ) You have to be guided and yes passport checks are frequently applied to make sure guides are with you ect It makes for a different experience (like EBC and climbs in the Himalayas ect ) you have porters (donkey’s and a cook and the mountain guides) all very different from what I’m used to ! It’s the same for Kilimanjaro too (it helps the local economy) this is a good thing! But it was cold especially from 3800 up windchill really makes its presence felt 🏔️🥶(I didn’t hang around to long up top! even though the views where epic over the Atlas and the Sahara Desert 🐪 to the south east ) Thanks for tuning in mate Best wishes Simon 🤠👍🏔️
It did look hard going as you felt the altitude. There was some tough wind to contend with too. Years ago I had thought of this but it was another idea that sat on the back burner too long. Only been to Morocco once just over 40 years ago (Robert) but most of the time I was wandering in a big loop around the mountains and into the Sahara. Would love to return and see more of the country. Best wishes. Another great memory!
Thanks Ivor and Robert both 🙏🏼 yes a great memory bagged and both the climb and time spent In Marrakesh was equally amazing in their own right 🙏🏼 definitely hard going as the altitude ramped up and the pace of the guide was faster than I normally go (I’m stead to say the least 😂)but was amazing to summit 🏔️🇲🇦🙏🏼 Take care both and as thanks for stopping by 👍🤠 Regards Simon
What a fascinating hike/climb to do. What great views. I remember looking about 20 miles west toward Mt Toubkal and the Atlas Moutains on my way from Marrakesh to Ourzazate. My thinking was about how wonderful it would be to climb any of those peaks. I was able to do some small hikes in that area but nothing substantial. Glad to see you made the effort. Congrats on making this and what a wonderful experience. I am envious.
Thanks Bret always appreciate you tuning in 🙏🏼 Definitely a marvellous and inspiring trip this while the climb on Toubkal 🏔️was amazing equally so was our time in Marrakesh 🇲🇦 An amazing culture and experience! As you know Bret ! (Your trek sounds great too (to see Toubkal in the west you must of been on the fringes of the Sahara desert 🐪)) which we caught a glimpse of to the south east 🙏🏼🏔️ Very best wishes Simon 🤠👍🏔️
@@SetForAdventures Marrakesh was a real treat. Certainly, like nothing I have seen. This was back in 1988 with almost no Westerners in the city. The Sahara was an amazing treat. The oases out there were really overwhelming to the senses. It would be hundreds of miles of nothing alive then all of sudden enormous palm trees with fields of green. It was as if the eyes had forgotten what green was then to have it saturate one's view was really something.
Wow, what an adventure! Quite the arid, bare place. Great drone shots whoever took those - really showcases the perspective. What language do they speak there?
Definitely was one for the books Seth both on and off the mountain 🏔️🇲🇦 Was a very different experience trekking with a team and the pace was faster than I normally go 😂 But the drone shots where’s bonus as one of members took one up Toubkal and kindly shared the drone footage 🙏🏼🏔️🇲🇦 The language is Arabic and local Berber in the atlas but French is widely spoken! Thanks for dropping by Best regards Simon 🤠👍🏔️

@@Ellieskitchen thanks Ellie it was an amazing experience such a beautiful moment seeing the line of climbers heading up Toubkal 🏔️🇲🇦
Thanks for watching 🤠👍🙏🏼
Really loved this video Simon, amazing to see this area and mountains, to see the sights and sounds of Morocco and the people at the market place.
Good that you got some training in at Malvern first🙂⛰️
Looked a long trek and it was misty and very atmospheric but it was great that you had good people with you. I LOVED the drone footage at the top that you got, wow, the summit of North Africa, amazing and the mint tea looked tasty 😃 👏👏👍~ Anna
Thanks as always Ana for tuning in in always appreciate that 🤠🙏🏼
But this was an amazing adventure and not just the climb up Toubkal 🏔️as fulfilling as that was but the journey and the time spent in Marrakesh 🇲🇦🙏🏼 such a different and exciting place to spend a little time 👍

Hi Simon,
We watched this on the big tv at the weekend. The climbing adventure of a lifetime indeed!🙏🏼🏔️🤠
Thank you for taking us along🙌
All the best,
Shell and Pete,
Ps, loved minature toffee, how cute!🤗😍
lol 😂 micro toffee 🐶 went up instead of big toffee (to heavy) our secret 🤫😂)
But definitely recommend this trek Pete you and shell would love it Both the climb and the culture in Morocco 🇲🇦🏔️the altitude is a challenge but is manageable (I’d recommend doing it in three days instead of two like John and I ) just allow’s you to acclimatise that bit better and the time is spend heading up to 3700( 500 above the refuge) and back down !
The team where great the food and the vibe too 👌🏻
But thanks as always for watching its always nice to see you guys here 🤠👍🏔️

That's really cold! -25🥶
It was cool to see a bit of snow up top.
Quite the refuge they have built there. Looked cozy😃
Good hike up there.
The refuge is impressive warm cosy with that buzz about it if people get ready to climb (very infectious feeling)
But the snow made it a little trickier but I did have the right equipment 🤭 so it was not a problem (but cold 🥶)maxed out all my warm layers so I was not hanging around too long up high 🥶🏔️🇲🇦
Thanks Age hope your doing good 🙏🏼
Regards Simon 🤠👍🏔️
Thanks Nick yes always an early start in the mountains 🏔️😱 (I’m not a natural early morning person either)
But definitely was a lot colder than I expected to be honest the top was freezing 🥶 and had all my layers in (definitely wasn’t going to hang to long up at the summit) but boi the views where exquisite the Sahara Desert to the south east and all the mountains of the atlas below us 🏔️🏔️ days like these 🙏🏼🇲🇦🏔️
But those runs and weights hill walks on the Malvern Hills definitely helped (but the altitude definitely did make its presence felt! ) I’d advise against this climb in two days unless you are already altitude ready and instead go for the 3 day climb with the additional 24 hours at 3200m doing rotations up to 3700m
Cuts the chance of a disappointment!
But thanks for tuning in mate give my regards to Jill 👍🤠
Best wishes Simon 🇲🇦🏔️🤠👍
For me though the decent was hard going as it’s 2500 meters 8200 feet in one day in the afternoon of the summit push 🥵
Thanks again 🤠🙏🏼

Hope to it well

Hi Simon.
The sights and sounds just amazing 🙏🏼
As for the altitude yes it makes its self know especially from 3500 up and my advice would be to climb Toubkal over 3 days or 4 days to properly acclimatise ! As around 1 in 5 dont summit due to altitude sickness
Our team got just had one who didn’t make the summit on a two day expedition 🏔️🇲🇦
Hope your keeping well 🙏🏼

Morning Simon
We've never been to Morocco so absolutely loved this, what an experience a hike/climb in the Atlas mountains.
Lunch looked nice
Good to hear that basic toilets are available
It looked tough
We throughly enjoyed this, massive well done ❤
Hope you have a fabulous weekend 😊
Best wishes to Morgs and thanks so much for watching 🤠👍🏔️🇲🇦

Good going Simon and all. That was a nice approach in - different from the Alps as you said/barren. Loved the culture and the summit of course. Your legs and lungs took it. Yeah, you still got it. All the best. Mark
Absolutely amazing experience and it’s nice to know I’ve got a little in the tank left Mark 🙏🏼👍🏔️
Not an easy trek the altitude even though we where somewhat acclimatised did really kick in above 3500 and the cold 🥶too from 3800 (small steps and head down at this point ) mind it seems the summit pyramid was never getting any closer at time 🥵
But thanks mate for tuning in (always appreciate it mark)

@@SetForAdventures Hey, yeah it's still there Simon. That's it with these things - staccato steps - it gets done. A pleasure as always.
great adventure simon what a fantastic place and loved the drone shots
Glad you enjoyed it Simon definitely one for the books mate both on and off the mountain 🏔️🇲🇦👍🤠
ATB Simon thanks 🙏🏼
Spot on that Simon looks epic! Tagine looked good 😋 looks a bit of a gradual slog to that refuge especially at altitude. You don't really associate Morocco with snow too much haha. Great drone views! Cool that you're getting out and seeing so many different mountain ranges 😎
Cheers Matt yes snow and Morocco 🇲🇦 don’t really go hand in hand from the UK perspective do they mate but on the trek up to the refuge with the clag down and snow on the tops it was not what I had expected to be honest (which was hot arid conditions like in Marrakesh 🇲🇦) above3800 to 4000 it was bitter cold too🥶 not a place to linger too long mate and your right it’s a slog a series of steep sections and more gentle inclines that keep going and going and going until you arrive at the refuge 👌🏻 the food was great both on route and in the refuge 🏔️🇲🇦
Thanks Matt as always for watching keep safe too mate 🤠👍
Simon
Lovely, enjoy and safe travels :-)
Thank you 🙏🏼 appreciate your comment and you taking the time to watch 🙏🏼🤠🏔️🇲🇦

Looks like another one off the bucket list there Simon. Pretty cool you can be guided up there and takes a lot of the pressure off organising things plus knowing the route. Sounds like you need your passport everywhere. I'm always scared of losing mine when taking it around with me. Sounded cold and blustery at the top as well as the over nighter. Awesome early morning views tho. I'd hope I'd be fit enough to make that trek 👍
It really is an amazing Trek Paul and you should definitely climb Toubkal 🇲🇦🏔️👍 (you would enjoy it I know )
You have to be guided and yes passport checks are frequently applied to make sure guides are with you ect
It makes for a different experience (like EBC and climbs in the Himalayas ect ) you have porters (donkey’s and a cook and the mountain guides) all very different from what I’m used to ! It’s the same for Kilimanjaro too (it helps the local economy) this is a good thing!
But it was cold especially from 3800 up windchill really makes its presence felt 🏔️🥶(I didn’t hang around to long up top! even though the views where epic over the Atlas and the Sahara Desert 🐪 to the south east )
Thanks for tuning in mate
Best wishes Simon 🤠👍🏔️

Morocco! You're living like Indiana Jones 👍
Haha that made me smile Chris 🤠👍🏔️🇲🇦
ATB mate
Thanks 🙏🏼🤠
It did look hard going as you felt the altitude. There was some tough wind to contend with too. Years ago I had thought of this but it was another idea that sat on the back burner too long. Only been to Morocco once just over 40 years ago (Robert) but most of the time I was wandering in a big loop around the mountains and into the Sahara. Would love to return and see more of the country. Best wishes. Another great memory!
Thanks Ivor and Robert both 🙏🏼 yes a great memory bagged and both the climb and time spent In Marrakesh was equally amazing in their own right 🙏🏼 definitely hard going as the altitude ramped up and the pace of the guide was faster than I normally go (I’m stead to say the least 😂)but was amazing to summit 🏔️🇲🇦🙏🏼
Take care both and as thanks for stopping by 👍🤠
Regards Simon
What a fascinating hike/climb to do. What great views. I remember looking about 20 miles west toward Mt Toubkal and the Atlas Moutains on my way from Marrakesh to Ourzazate. My thinking was about how wonderful it would be to climb any of those peaks. I was able to do some small hikes in that area but nothing substantial. Glad to see you made the effort. Congrats on making this and what a wonderful experience. I am envious.
Thanks Bret always appreciate you tuning in 🙏🏼
Definitely a marvellous and inspiring trip this while the climb on Toubkal 🏔️was amazing equally so was our time in Marrakesh 🇲🇦
An amazing culture and experience! As you know Bret ! (Your trek sounds great too (to see Toubkal in the west you must of been on the fringes of the Sahara desert 🐪)) which we caught a glimpse of to the south east 🙏🏼🏔️
Very best wishes
Simon 🤠👍🏔️
@@SetForAdventures Marrakesh was a real treat. Certainly, like nothing I have seen. This was back in 1988 with almost no Westerners in the city. The Sahara was an amazing treat. The oases out there were really overwhelming to the senses. It would be hundreds of miles of nothing alive then all of sudden enormous palm trees with fields of green. It was as if the eyes had forgotten what green was then to have it saturate one's view was really something.
@@potentialreality that sounds amazing Bret 🙏🏼🇲🇦
I think I’d like to explore some of the Sahara too
@@SetForAdventures You were almost there. It is just a little east of Marrakesh and you are fully in it by the time you get to Ourzazate.
Wow, what an adventure! Quite the arid, bare place. Great drone shots whoever took those - really showcases the perspective. What language do they speak there?
Definitely was one for the books Seth both on and off the mountain 🏔️🇲🇦
Was a very different experience trekking with a team and the pace was faster than I normally go 😂
But the drone shots where’s bonus as one of members took one up Toubkal and kindly shared the drone footage 🙏🏼🏔️🇲🇦
The language is Arabic and local Berber in the atlas but French is widely spoken!
Thanks for dropping by
Best regards Simon 🤠👍🏔️

@@SetForAdventures did you bring a drone ?
@ 30th Of Apr was summit day Owen 🏔️🇲🇦👍🤠
@ no I wouldn’t want to carry the weight up Toubkal 🏔️🤣but one of the team did and sent me the footage (very kind of them 🏔️🙏🏼🏔️)

I will never climb it but just watching made me tired. 😅 400 and 70 feet higher than our local tall peak. (which I also will never climb)
Hi Max thanks for taking a look mate 🤠👍
It definitely made me tired I won’t lie (what is the name of your local 13000 foot peak you mentioned??)
Best wishes Simon 👍🤠🇲🇦👍
