Guys, just use white vinegar for toilet seats instead of wipes, u sit on chemicals, so vinegar is the best as well as for your kitchen and bathroom countertops.
You have inspired me to do a deep, deep spring cleaning. I made a list of what needs to be done in each room, then I am tackling one room at a time. I try and do one thing for each room a day so I don't wear myself out. I also make a note of any repairs that need to be done in each room and hand that off to my husband. Today I finished my living room and it is so satisfying to sit in my completely clean room. Thanks for all your ideas.

I had no idea about the vinegar getting stuff off of faucets. This seems so much more "family friendly" than the Kaboom I was using. Thanks for the tips!! 😀
My friend has a window cleaning business and he uses a solution of half vinegar and half water.
Also use vinegar with bicarbonate and another way clean it with toothpaste
And more safe for the animal owners too ❤😊

Don’t forget to use any old toothpaste for deep cleaning for hard to reach places . I also discovered that my tooth waterpik works great for build up in the bathroom . It’s like a mini pressure washer . Takes all the gunk off . In the end regular maintenance is key to keep it looking it’s best .
Dishsoap is the best thing I've tried with my bathroom. I used many things, expensive they were, but the shampoo I use for washing dishes removed all from the shower.
I want to try the screwdriver trick but am kind of scared of what i will uncover lol :D

If I ever loose motivation to clean all I need to have is do it on a dime playing in the background and I tackle every project. It's like listening to a motivational speaker or a church sermon about cleaning lol I get so pumped!

wow, I just went to dollar tree this morning, bought those drop-in toilet bowl cleaner, disinfecting wipes, static duster, quick eraser sponges, then came home, opened the computer, and saw this video! This made my day :D

My husband just bought that dollar store duster the other day. I'm 5 months pregnant and don't have the energy to clean 😂. My bathroom is a Nightmare, most of the house is and especially with 4 kids and a dog. I plan to spring clean before the baby arrives. Thank you for the screwdriver tip. Always start from the Top of toilet ie tank lid, handle, tank, behind lid area, lid, seat, rim of toilet, outside of bowl and then pedestal, in that order so as not to spread 💩 around 🙈🤪😂😂love all you do, Katharine!!!!
Just wrote down to pick up a "dish cleaning wand" the next time I go shopping. Also, loved the tip using the screwdriver to clean around the bottom of the toilet! Great tips and video!

Can you do one of these for the kitchen? I love how you make cleaning and everyday or once in awhile needs so easy to meet! Your simplicity and thrifty ways keep me coming back! Personaly i like the swifter wand duster because it holds on to the dust instead of brush it to the floor, and you can by replacement heads for it. It does extend to quite a length to reach high places such as ceiling fans or blinds.

I am new on your channel, and I already am blown away by all the tricks you have! I love your ideas. One weird trick that I use is to rinse shower or tub with a plant watering can. I love using it and think that you will too.

As a professional cleaner, my best friend/tool is a metal putty knife I got from my husband. That thing is perfect for cleaning small spaces, like you did with the screwdriver, as well as scraping counters, floors, walls, ect. of anything stuck on them.
Oh my goodness! The struggle of cleaning shower glass...Love the hack of using the kitchen utensil to clean it. I've gotten so wet cleaning my dang shower! Lol! THANK YOU! Oh and the wipes to clean the toilet? Dollar Tree here I come!

I never reach over tubs or showers, i use a long handled sponge mop!! Works great- never use it on the floor!
