Tbh the c section synergy with the tractor beam mod is kinda like tractor beam +eye of belial since with eye of belial the tears get homing after hitting an enemy and thats pretty much just like that synergy but better since, unlike eye of belial, the fetuses can home in on the enemy they hit.
I never thought I would be complimenting someone's little "Subscribe pls" popup but I genuinely love how you use it almost like an _intermission_ in the video; Always over a little period of downtime, buying stuff or just handling pickups without any flashy edits or whatever, and plus ur avatar popping up w/ the animal crossing speech SFX is silly and cute in and of itself- I just discovered your vids a few days ago after getting into a big Isaac kick again and I'm straight up addicted sdfhfgh, your editing style is really... endearing? It makes me happy LOL

@@ZVLIAN They were nerfed, every item they spawn lowers the chance of a bomb spawning another item. It was to nerf the old Dr. Fetus Glitterbomb mix, as well as just any way to get a lot of bombs

hey you should check out this mod called beyond. It's a mod pack that adds item character and stuff, but there this cool item called Research Notes which basically make active item into passive after use them as much as their charge (so if it has 2 charge you got to use it twice to make it into a passive 4 uses for 4 charge ect, and so far it have 62 compatible items and more to come). For example red key give a damage up, and has a chance to add up to 14 red room per floor. It's a secret item, and I don't know how to get it, but I know it might make a cool video.
A video with hypersecret rooms on each floor would be nice, although I don't know if there is any mod for that

The web hearts from the Arachna mod give you a bunch of blue spiders when broken, and they have a ton of special types, kind of like champion variants for blue spiders. Some of them have similar effects to the similarly colored champions as well iirc. It’s been a while since I played with arachna
They're also like rotten hearts if I remember correctly
So that's why you got the Aracha mod... I got it for the 3D glasses
Seeing Yarn Heart and Web Hearts in this and the previous video told me immediately that you have the Arachne mod installed lol
