C'est bien de chercher à pourvoir en eau potable la population d'Abidjan qui ne cesse d'augmenter par le phénomène du depeuplement des zones rurales voire urbaines au profit d'Abidjan. Ce phénomène ira grandissant si rien n'est fait pour rendre nos campagnes et nos villes attrayantes.

Malgré tout ça nos factures viennent lourdement... Que Dieu nous aide dans cette Côte d'Ivoire où tout devient un luxe pour le bas peuple.
