There must be both Hindi English component for this examination. If you had Hindi even in one semester in graduation then along with Translation diploma or certificate you would be eligible.

I am sorry to say, for this cadre, 30 Max as it is Group B job. That Govt Service relaxation is given for Group C jobs of CGL and CHSL.
